Because our time is becoming limited, we used our "get out of dinner free" card. When our most recent baby was born, my sisters very graciously donated a "Door Dash" gift card. For those moment when we don't know what to do for dinner.

This was the time. We ordered Panda Express and got a very Happy Happy meal.

It's extremely rare for our family to get delivery, so the children waited patiently by the door. When a car stopped in front of our house, great excitement and joy rang out. The dasher must have witnessed a funny site, all the children gathered at the door as if they've never eaten a meal in their lives!

Inside the box we were greeted with a bunch of cookies, sauce packets, soy sauce and pint containers of yummy food. We ordered Beef and Broccoli and Orange Chicken. Our childrens' favorites.

We also got some spring rolls, which the children had never tried before. They approved highly! We had enough food for everyone with some left over.

Next time, I would skip the rolls (sorry children) and get another entree. Skip the chow mein noodles (again sorry) and cook our own rice. Then each meal would have it's own pile of rice topped with Panda yumminess and fill all our bellies really well. Children wouldn't miss the noodles and rolls (they only had a few bites each anyway) but could enjoy lots more food and maybe even another leftover meal for lunch!

We learn... we learn. We don't Dash, but we were thankful for this "get out of dinner" free card.

Our children read the Tuttle Twin books, specifically to learn libertarian principles, which most people learn later in life. These books are useful for our family, and yours, to teach children concepts that seem complicated, but are made simple in these books.
