I also encountered one very stingy person at my workplace. I think she was naturally like that and her brain was wired that way. Most of the tricks (we didn't try all!) under the sun couldn't change her behavior.
There's a good part to it but sometimes the bad part can be over done.

you are sure she has more than enough to give but just born to be stingy? it is hard to tell those who have problems hence became stingy from those who are just naturally stingy....
Yes something like that. Indeed, it's hard to tell. I think naturally stingy people do it unconsciously or subconsciously while those who had problems that made them stingy do it semi consciously.
