The Enormous Rise And Fall Of HBD Within 24 Hours

Hello everyone, a pleasant morning from here to you all.

At this time yesterday, well I have a routine of checking my ecency app and wallet every morning just after my prayers and I was so surprised to see that the HBD token had gone over 200+% rise. In 8 months of interesting moments on hive, I have never seen such tremendous rise in HBD only with the hive token.

Well, I had about 13 HBD and it's dollar equivalent was $2.75 giving an estimate of $35 dollars. I immediately put a call to my vendor who at the time was still asleep and reluctant to speak until I mentioned the rise in HBD which got him immediately interested. As usual with his guidance we carried out a purchase on the block trade but within 5 mins the trade was reversed.

I think he noticed from his end too and called back to tell me, well I suspected a glitch in the system but he tried to explain something I didn't quite understand but had a relationship with the Hive Engine.

Later in the evening, it had dropped to a dollar equivalent of $1.35 and I tried again and it was successful. Doing my routine this morning, I have observed that it is gradually returning to the HBD I know with dollar equivalent of $1.09.

I really felt the rise was going to last a while but whatever caused such rise gave alot of us hopes of having some extra cash in our wallet. 😂 And in less than 24 hours it returned to square 1 dashing our hopes.

You need to learn more about Hive, HIVE and HBD. Have you ever wondered how you would feel if after your workout, you looked in your wallet and saw that the HBD was below $0.50? Can you imagine that thousands of people felt that when they saw that the UST of Terra(LUNA) had fallen off parity and then the whole project crashed? It's good to have taken the opportunity, but it's also not good that it happens again. The essence of a stablecoin and its mission should be precisely to maintain its stability at $1.
