Walking Through Campus, Enjoying Nature

Walks, hmm. I’m not that sigh tells you a lot already. I’m not one to go on walks although I do walk quite a lot to and from lectures. I can’t remember the last time I voluntarily got and said I was just walking. Well, that changed today.

I’m alignment to my first post in this community, I decided to go for a walk today. I’m currently in school and so I did the walk in my school. My school environment isn’t one to brag about honestly. It sometimes does not feel like the environment of a tertiary institution but I guess we have got to accept it for what it is.

So yeah, my walked was aimed for campus and back to the hostel. Because I do not usually do this, I forgot to take pictures when I started. I remembered when I had already walked quite a bit and almost got to campus.

Next, I walked through the main gate to the library. We have a new multipurpose library now. This has come to replace our old library which to be honest, was not the best. I will make sure to take pictures of the library the next time I get inside. It is way better than the first although it is not fully ready yet.

The library building is on a big land. I don’t know if they have plans to build something else there but the remaining land is quite big.

Next, I used the main road of the school. I walked a distance with @nhaji01 who was going to the saloon.

After she got in to do her stuff, I left for the hostel and on my way started to admire the environment a bit. It is the rainy season so the grasses are green and the trees have overgrown.

I continued my walk back to the hostel. You can see that because it is raining, the natives are preparing their lands for farming.

I walked past where the boys usually play football but because it wasn’t around 3pm, they were not playing. Where they play is for an elementary or primary school were the kids play when they in school.

I then walked directly to my hostel from here. This concludes my walk for today.
