The Splinterlands team is creating and sharing the good news of a promotional event in honor of the upcoming halving of Bitcoins! The event is set to kick off on Tuesday, April 16th, 2024, when the game website returns from its normal Tuesday maintenance, a few days before to the anticipated Bitcoin halving.

The 15 Day event will provide players the opportunity to purchase two brand new, Limited Edition Promo Cards for Dark Energy Crystal tokens or Credits, with the option of utilizing vouchers to lower the cost by half.

Both promo cards will be available for making a purchase: one rare Henchling Enforcer and one legendary Baron Fyatt. Each promo cards are Dual Element combatants with the ability to halve. These promo cards are limited edition and will only be sold during this kind of event; these aren't able to be found in card packs. The cards may only be acquired from other players on the peer-to-peer marketplace after the entire event ends.

The price of Baron Fyatt is 31,250 (31.25k) DEC/Credits. The price is intended to mark after halving 3.125 BTC Bitcoin block reward. By burning Voucher tokens in addition to their purchase, players will also be able to reduce the cost of both cards in half! The purchase price will be lowered by 50 DEC/Credits for each Voucher token, for a maximum voucher discount of approximately 50 percent.

Baron Fyatt Abilities

Legendary Baron Card a level 1 card with a halving ability and a scatter shot; this is a legendary level 1 card with immense power. In my opinion, this is a truly worthwhile addition to your deck because the level card now has no penalties and can be used on bronze, silver, and gold level 1 cards to highlight the power of halving. One of the fascinating aspects of the scatter ability is the potential to reduce attack strength by halves for any successful random attacks that Baron Fyatt makes on the battlefield.

A level 1 monster Baron card has 1 magic damage power, 2 speed, no armor, but a good health of 6, which makes it interesting to use in an extended confrontation because it's safe and can attack more depending on the battle conditions you encounter, tactics, and where your cards are positioned on the field. This card can be played when using Fire and Death Element Summoners.

Baron Fyatt Ability Guide

This is the guide you need to know when you need to level up your card, as seen in the image above. For instance, if you wish to raise your legendary card's level to 2, it will boost its damage by 2, making it a very potent level 2 legendary card. but the speed two and vitality six statistics are still maintained. The cards' stats stay the same as level 1 cards on level 3 combined card, but if you desire more power, you can go insist to level 3 and purchase six cards to unleash the power of ambush. The final power unlocked, blind, is extremely important because it makes it difficult for your opponent to physically hit you when the battle starts. It sounds scary and powerful, but the question is can you afford it and meant to raise the stakes because it would be expensive but well worth it.

On the other hand, the Henchling Enforcer will set you around 3,125 (3.125k) DEC/Credits for a single (1 BCX) card. This card belongs to the rare collection and is a range attacker. Its level 1 ability allows you to automatically to have the halving, and from what I've seen, its stats are fairly good considering that it can deal two damage in a single BCX card and has a speed of three, making it possible for it to attack shortly. Its only armor is 1 to protect it, and its health is 3 quite low for a level 1 card but it's a dual element that you can summon to your water element or life element approach. The new promo card has a nice design; it seems like he had a solid weapon to quickly dispatch his opponent. However, when I looked up the abilities for level up cards, I saw that there was no knockout ability, thus it might only be useful for attacking cards rather than disabling ones.

Henchling Enforcer Stats

It is crucial for players to examine the card's data in order to determine what they need from it. For example, although level 1 through level 3 has the ability to halve, level 2 adds three damage and increases health from three to four. Once you reach level 4, you will be able to use true strike, an ability that will always hit its target. Level 4 through 6 have the capacity for true strikes. This card can have camouflage on the maximum level, which goes up to 7 and 8, protecting it against Opportunistic and Sneak Attacks. Except Scatter Shot Ability.
