Lately, I have been trying to eat better and more healthily, eating every 3 hours, including fruits, vegetables, proteins, and fewer carbohydrates and sugars. I still need to improve my sleep a lot, but I have been sleeping for about 6 hours per night, although I don't manage to have enough deep sleep periods to be refreshing.

Oh, I wouldn't manage with only 6 hours of sleep per night. My brain would shut down I belive :-)
