I am rather methodical when it comes to meal times because I just follow the "company clock". Breakfast before going into work, lunch during lunchtime, and dinner after work. It's Netflix and Chill once I get home till midnight before bedtime. :)

Just follow what my body tells me! 🤣

I eat when I feel hungry and I sleep when I'm done with everything that needs doing by the end of the day!

That's a lot of flexibility. If I would do that, I would probably not eat or sleep at all lol

Are you going to collect information about us and serve ads accordingly? 🤣🤣

I usually eat 2 meals a day plus snacks, man. I prefer small fruits for snacks. I go to sleep around 12 or 1 and try to sleep at least 6 hours and I sleep more on weekends.

My evening habits are quite simple and repetitive, to tell the truth: I get home from work, have a shower, eat dinner with my family, which here in Brazil is usually rice, beans and some meat, all cooked on the stove, although on busy days we can order something by app.

At 10 p.m. I put my kids to bed and stay up until midnight. Those two hours between 10 and midnight are the time I have to do things more calmly, whether it's hive, play games or watch an anime or movie. So that's usually it, I sleep from around 11:30 to midnight and wake up at 6:10, not healthy, but that's life haha, I have to work hard thinking ahead.

It's great that you can allocate some time to yourself and take things calmly. I think it's important for our mental wellbeing.

Since I got a dog, I don't have restricted control of my scheduled. !LOLZ

The day starts when I get up and my dog licks my feet. While I get ready for bed, she settles in next to my bed so I get my feet licked when I go to bed.

After I take her out, first thing in the morning, we have some water. I put her water out and breakfast but she usually doesn't eat until we gets back from our walk. At which time, I have my usual whole wheat toasts with cinnamon and Oolong Tea.

I spend a lot of time with my online business. Every 2 hours or so I spend some time with Krimmer #4

krimmer.png

Lunch and supper meals vary depending on my work activity. Krimmer will be 10 months old tomorrow so we are still adjusting our routines to aligned a little better. I try to get to bed by midnight but that has not been consistent lately because of the project work I have on the go. Sometimes I can't get to sleep or I wake up in the middle of a sleep with a need to put thoughts on paper. It is not the best routine but it will improve once I have a better handle on my new responsibilities.

Having a dog will help you to have a regulated day I think. I see my neigbours that have a dog. They are always going for a walk at the same time of the day.

What are your meal and sleep habits? When and how often do you eat? How long and when do you sleep?

It's often regular for me because I have a day job. I eat breakfast before work, eat lunch during lunch, and dinner after work and light exercise.

I usually sleep at around 12 to 1am, and I just usually awake around 730 to 830am.

So I am more active on Hive in the night haha!

Having a day job obliges us to keep regular rythmes and it's actually good for our health to have such a regularity.

I am a breakfast at 8 am guy. That is the only consistent one. I usually eat lunch from 11-3 based on how the work day is going at the office and then dinner from 6-9.

Sleep is getting better. I try to be asleep by 11pm. I hope to bump that up an hour over the next few months.

I wake up at 7 most mornings.

Solid 8 hours of sleep are perfect I believe. If I sleep at least 8 hours, I'm fully operational. If it's less, I tend to lose efficency.

Lately, I have been trying to eat better and more healthily, eating every 3 hours, including fruits, vegetables, proteins, and fewer carbohydrates and sugars. I still need to improve my sleep a lot, but I have been sleeping for about 6 hours per night, although I don't manage to have enough deep sleep periods to be refreshing.

I don't really have a habit since everything changes according to the condition, but mostly I eat heavy meals only twice a day, but occasionally I could eat so many times as well in a day.
Now I am trying to sleep early, but most of the time will be around 11pm, or 12am. a little bit bad, huhuhu

I sleep at 3 AM and wake up at 5-6AM. Yes it is less than 3-4 hours daily, and usually I take some multiple naps of 15-45mins, mostly somewhere around 12AM-1PM and around 4-5pm. Once a while in 2-3 weeks my body will do force shutdown, like sleeping for 12-18 hours.

I prefer taking a brunch and late dinner, however I eat breads and some snacks several time a day to prevent any gastric issues due to irregular meal time.

My eating and sleeping patterns are not good. I have started again sleeping late at night. Food habits are mostly the same, but what i eat is mostly not that healthy.
I am not proud of it.

I am trying to get back to track, but bad habits stay longer then you want them :-)

My eating habits are:
-I need to have breakfast to feel as a person. 😂 I have it as soon as I wake up.
-An ice coffee at the middle of the morning, after some home tasks.
-Lunch about 14-14:30.
-Dinner about 21-21:30. I wait an hour or more for going to bed.

My sleep habit is to do it as much as I can. I usually sleep at least 8 hours. Resting is important!

To make it simple, not normal. The details are quite simple too. I eat when I want to eat and I sleep when I want to sleep. Same as the wake-up time 😂. Let my body alert everything and I follow it 👍

I usually have brunch around 11 am, lunch at home between 4 and 5 pm, then a late dinner around 9 pm. I usually go to bed around midnight and get up at half past six in the morning. And then coffee, and by eleven o'clock another two or three coffees. Very unhealthy I know. Did I mention some beers? 😎🍻

My eating conduct encompass 3 meals a day: breakfast, lunch and dinner. I try and eat at the identical time each day to preserve a ordinary time table. I want to consist of a whole lot of ingredients in my weight loss plan, such as fruits, vegetables, proteins and entire grains.
As for my sleep behavior, I try to get as a minimum 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night time. I try to go to bed and stand up at the equal time every day to preserve a regular sleep agenda. This helps me experience rested and energized at some stage in the day.

My eating and sleeping habits are not static. They vary based on circumstances. When there is a need to stay off from food I do that. And when it comes to sleeping, I sometimes do that early like 10pm while sometimes 12am or even 2am, etc depending on the need.

I sleep about 6 hours a day, go to bed around midnight and get up at 6am. I have this very bad habit because I'm at university.
I'm on a diet to keep my blood sugar under control, but I'm not diabetic yet. I eat three meals a day and snack twice on fruit.

Frankly, I haven't been able to keep track of my eating and sleeping habits lately. I do them as my brain warns me. And since I've been working so hard lately, I've been eating less and sleeping less, which is very unhealthy but I'll fix it soon. 😀

Nowadays, my diet is more controlled, I always try to eat every 3 hours, along with a heavy running routine (more than 30km per week) and I also try to keep my sleep at 6 to 8 hours a day.

I'm pretty much a night owl. I'm up to 1-2am and then get up between 6-7am. I usually get about 5 hours of sleep a night. Once a week or so I'll probably go to bed early (like 11pm) and sleep til 7-7:30 to "catch up".

Food is terrible. Rarely eat breakfast. Lunch is maybe 3 times a week. Dinner is usually a big meal. I don't "graze" much either. My biggest downfall is soda. I drink about 5 or 6 cans a day. Not healthy but...I'm pretty much addicted. lol

I sleep about 7 - 8 hours and if I do really bad one night I tend to make it up the next day with 9 or 10 hours of sleep. Whoever said you can't catch up on sleep is wrong! lol

Meal wise I have a window towards the end of the day when I really eat it tends to be a smaller meal and then a larger a few hours before bed. Big meals tend to make me sleepy so I rather save those for late in the day after I'm done with everything.
