Today marks the 7th day from hive blockchain, I think this is another opportunity for me to grow as a content creator and browse on what's new in HIVE community.

It feels like I'm on my first day from the Hive community. There are lots of ideas that people share, lots of opinions, and also lots of communities that I can grow. On my first day on HIVE, it feels like I am walking on a big mountain that I can't reach because there are things that have changed. I, for myself, is a STEEMIAN before and I can say that there is a big difference in STEEM and in HIVE. Although, there are lots of similarities but this platform has different community where you can find your own NICHE and you can grow more.

There are 4 things that I think I learned after a week from this HIVE platform.

COMMUNITY

I think we can picture out a BEEHIVE where there are lots of hives inside a beehive and each hive have its own community. There are lots of communities that you can choose and grow inside it. You can talk about the things that are related to the community.

Just be careful not to post to a community that is not related to their topic because it might led you to get downvoted from the curators of that community.

I've started in the Liketu community, they are good, and while browsing and reading some of the related posts, I hopped and joined into the filipino community, actifit, anime realm, and etc where I think I might grow in these community. Of course you can joined any of the community that you think that you can grow.

QUALITY CONTENT

Of course, we need to have our content to be original and not some AI generated content, or even plagiarism that you copy the content from other sites that paste it to make your own. That's a big NO in this platform. When you have a quality content and the originality, you may have a chance to get upvoted from whale accounts (like OCD, CURIE, and etc.).

You need to cite the link of the photos or even videos when you post something that is not yours. You can also use free photos from pexels.com, pixabay.com, or even in Canva if you don't have any photos. Putting photos from your posts may get you lots of engagement from it.

EARN

Who doesn't like money? I think all of us likes money because that is one way to make a living. You can earn money from your posts or even in comments. Yes, you heard it right, YOU CAN EARN MONEY FROM YOUR POSTS OR COMMENTS but you can get it after 7 days after posting.

"Blogging while earning", when I heard this from my friend before, I thought that he was joking but his face was serious. I'm curious and asked about it. So, when I stumbled on this platform, it was real that you can really earn.

HELPING ONE ANOTHER

The only thing that I like the most in this platform is that they help you the best way they can. From its community that can guide you through your journey in this platform.

I think all of the community, if not most of the community, uses discord server to communicate with each other. You can talk a lot of stuffs and ask a lot of stuffs. There are also guides for newbies that can help them in the platform and how it works.

THOUGHTS

I think my 1st week on this HIVE community is cool and awesome where I am awarded on my own effort. I also encounter lots of different people in the world and it makes me happy that I also learned a lot from this HIVE blockchain.

The first thing that I've remember when I posted my first blog last week is that "Don't Give Up" and try your hardest, someone will notice your work and your effort not now but eventually.
