A day spent shopping & church with my family

It's grocery day and at the same time church day, we do these things together because I only had spare time today and we also need to refill our house with groceries. My family is excited about this news after I told them in the middle of the gospel that we will go here to have a grocery and at the same time, we can tour around the city where there were lots of foods that were selling in every corner of the street.

Today was a blast because my family went to the church and after that, we went to the grocery store. We had a long day today because we plan to go to the grocery store after we will finish listening from the church. So, this time, we ride into a small and tiny van to get there and also to try another grocery store aside from the usual grocery store in our town.

We were excited as we went there because we can go there together as a family. I only went here myself alone from the last time I had to have a grocery store and I think it was four month ago but this time is different because we will go here as a family and I think that this is way more cheaper than the grocery store that we have in our town.

While traveling, my daughter looks around the houses and the trees that we passed by and she is happy about it and in the middle of our traveling, she took a nap maybe because she was tired from the church today and she wants to sleep for a short while.

After we arrived, we went directly to this grocery store because we were finished eating our lunch before we went here and I am as excited as them to go here because I am looking forward on what kind of food that are on sale. Sadly, there were none and I think it's not Christmas yet or maybe events that is happening in the grocery store.

Before we went inside the grocery store, we put our small umbrella in the baggage counter because that's the rules before we can enter the store and when we were inside the store, there are only few people that went to this place and we didn't knew that the grocery store have their general cleaning and almost all of the stocks were put all together.

We were picking that things that we need first before we will pick our wants because that is needed for us to get our budget in the next week in our house. We had a budgeting 101 because we will save money to go to my friends wedding next month.

We stroll to each aisle of this grocery and at the same, looking for something on what kind of food that interests me and to my surprise, there were lots of the old food or shall I say snacks that I usually eat when I was a little kid.

I pick some of those and try it again because I want to experience again on the taste of these snacks that I can only afford one when I was little.

Today is also father's day and I almost forgot about it and I am a father of my one daughter and my wife told me a happy father's day when we were lining in the counter and I was flattered after she said that and I am happy that she is always with me all the time.
