In the days of our love,
we used to find places
Where we can gently hold the overflowing bundle of love and soothe it,
We used to search for that shade
where you lay your head in my lap
used to weave countless dreams
The applause of admirers used to wake us up from our dreams,
the peddler smiled and tempted
our second hunger was awakened
We did not have to rise from the soft grass body
Even ants and rats used to pass by ignoring us
Leaning branches of trees often
a piece of sunshine on your face used to ship
For me the world was reduced to the same frequency
The rain touched us and turned into wind
and storms like wind
The runners kept shouting and surrounded us from all sides
you used to rise like a mountain
I used to wave my head like a wave
they came to take you away
far away from me
Where neither the voices nor my timid cries could reach
Then I understood the meaning of being a river
Why does the river follow the sea?
And in the end it reaches the sea
Restless ocean, full of frothy sighs...
The sea remained only the sea,
the river could not remain
When we met in the lovely season
Then the wind was towards us,
Was it an illusion of the eyes or a trick of the wind?
That whenever the weather becomes lovely,
You are seen standing with,
Just like near a ripe harvest,
The farmer stands...
The crop does not know that,
The land is about to be uprooted,
The sky is about to be snatched away,
In the fading signs of sandalwood,
The earrings appear golden from above
Only the lingering memories, like love, go away
