Cage (Poetry)
maybe it's in your heart
Let there be a flame
taboos to consume
That's why there is a change of dignity
must have rained
and your inner self must have cooled down
maybe so
that your feeling has suddenly become poignant
Reading or listening to any tragic massacre
side of suffering humanity
has become the focal point of your consciousness
that only then a piece of happiness
The sense of tradition must have been awakened
and the blood in your veins must have stopped
May it be that between the walls of the temple
your beliefs are shaken
Born to reject establishment
that only then some unknown fear of disloyalty
must have been inside you
And the voices of rebellion must have died at birth
it may be that your conscience
understand the pain of a bird fluttering in a cage
wanted to open the door of his salvation
That's why some old member must have said-
this cage is family
A symbol of our respect over the years
and your soul must have hung on the cross
