Hello Hive Friends, It's nice to see you all visiting my blog again. In today's report on the participants in the ongoing @newbies-hive initiative, I'd like to go over all on my observations and findings with regard to the newbies third tasks, as well as how well they performed on the questions, also, I'll take a dive into how well they are doing in terms of achieving their initial objectives at the start to the initiative.

ᴛᴀsᴋ ʀᴇᴠɪᴇᴡ

In this task, @samostically goes into great detail on hive keys and security, about the different keys we have, their significance, how to check our recovery account, and the procedure for recovering an account, to name just a few. Questions were posed to test the participants' understanding for the 3rd task, and as one of the team leaders, I'll be stating my team's evaluation of the responses to the questions below.

ᴛᴇᴀᴍ ᴛᴡᴏ ᴍᴇᴍʙᴇʀs

It is an honor to work with this wonderful group of people, and I must say that they all did well in responding to the questions they were given for the tasks. However, because one of my members was fired last week for a lack of commitment, I was left with only 7 members. Of the 7 of them, only 6 answered the questions for the tasks, even though the member who didn't did so because he had already told me about his busy schedule beforehand.

ᴏᴠᴇʀᴀʟʟ ʀᴇᴠɪᴇᴡ ᴏғ ᴛᴇᴀᴍ 𝟸 ᴍᴇᴍʙᴇʀs

Overall, I think everyone who participated in the tasks did a fantastic job of explaining some of their questions, but some of the responses weren't accurate, and I think this was because of the fact that their level of commitment is declining. This was made clear by the fact that the majority of them don't show up for meetings, don't engage in the team channel, and even drastically reduce their engagement on hive.

One of my team members is having issues with the hive authority as well, so as a precaution, until their situation is resolved I won't be mentioning her in my report.

I'll suggest that they all embark on a mission to change for the better and make a permanent adjustment as it pertains to everything related to the effort put on the initiative. They should attend meetings, take part in team discussions, and always submit their posts on time without waiting until the deadline before doing so.

ʙᴇsᴛ ᴘᴀʀᴛɪᴄɪᴘᴀɴᴛs ᴀɴᴅ ᴘʀɪᴢᴇ

The overall best participants in team 2 for this section is @mercysugar , she did pretty well with her explaination, and she also engages with other participants, although her efforts places wasn't as it use to be, but I hope but her and everyone one else will buckle up and improve in all aspects, as a reward for her efforts, I'll be setting her as a 10% beneficiary of this post reward.

The importance of hive keys and security cannot be overstated; having knowledge and comprehension of it will ensure that our account is kept in good hands. I hope that everyone will put the lessons learned to good use.
