Introduction
Good day to everyone, almost a week had passed in the city and it's time to update the progress of my city and see how much it grown. Nothing out of this world happened but generally the city is doing fine and I will share more later.

What is dCity?
The game is a city simulator game based on Hive NFTs where one can create a city the way we want it to be. As players develop and grow their cities, optimization is needed in terms of buildings, city population, the income that the city yields and technological developments. While many aspects of the game can be calculated based on the simulator within the game, there is a portion of randomness in the form of crisis event which can bring different kind of impact to city which affects income or popularity. If you like the original SimCity, I am sure you will like this.

My City
The below screenshot is how my city looks like at this moment. Similar to my last post, total bubble in the city is at 9 and right now in the city, I have 4 students that have grown from previously young citizens. I am not sure exactly they will "finish" their student life and go into debt, but I think it would be fun to see them through, pay off their debt and see what they will become. And I think this will be something fun though it definitely has big a pool of randomness of what they can become. I am looking forward to that.

Monitoring The Market And Upcoming Plans
While the game interface look seemingly simple there are much to be explored and various methods to get to the goal that we want to be at. So with that I am going to be monitoring closely what are the cards that I would like to get for my city.

Cards that I am monitoring:

Economist

Remarks: This is one card that I love because of the tax refund and the 3 income, price is hovering in the high 1000 range. Will continue monitoring on the trend before doing a purchase.

Research Center

Remarks: Another important card that I want to add to my collection to discover new technologies. And from the looks of it, prices of it is on the rise. Hopefully it will drop a little and I can get a copy of it.

Soldier

Remarks: Another card that I've mentioned in my earlier post. This card gives more war shares and thereby more SIM income. For current situation is a good card to have but the price is also high at the moment.

These are the main cards that I've mentioned in my earlier post and I am still watching out for them. Other cards that increase my current workforce are also being monitored so that I can maximize what I already have in my city.

Current SIM Holdings
At the moment of writing, the current amount of SIM I am holding has reached 101,332 SIM. I am continuously looking to grow my SIM Power and when I've gathered substantial amount of layer 2 tokens that have no purpose for, I will sell them and convert into SIM.

Why Hold SIM?
This is reminder to all that holding SIM (or commonly known as SIM Power) brings about daily liquid hive if one having above 8000 SIM Power. SIM Power is calculated by the from the 30 days average SIM holdings.

While I already accumulated about 101k Sim tokens in my Hive Engine, my 30 day average is still building up to the figure but I am getting a rather decent amount of liquid Hive per day due to this holdings as seen below:

Assuming no increase in Sim Power, I will get 0.54 liquid Hive per month. Though not a big increase from previous update, still a good increase, as this will allow me to increase my liquid Hive passive which can be used in supporting the Hive Power Up Day. I know it is still a far cry from what I desired for passive, but we will get there.

Closing
DCity is like full suite of learning. From improving my math, market monitoring, city/resource planning and also NFT trading all in one package. It's really fun and loads to learn.
