Earthquake Drill Teaching the Small One's
A pleasant good morning @asean.hive community. How was your day today well I'm a little bit of sleepy but I wanted to share this important activity Ria and the others went through.
In this world full of lies what are you afraid off? Tsunami, Fire, Flood, Hurricane or Earthquake. For me all of this can happen in a blink of an eye. So we must be ready if nature can make us live it can also lead us to death.
My memories in earthquake are already terrifying for me and my family. I mean we never had it together I mean hubby is at work while the kids are at school makes me want to worried a lot. The worse was Christmas 🎄 knowing our place water world will scares you a lot. A sudden shaking of the ground then the water goes inside our house. The earthquake brought a large waves. I was crying and calling my son he told me mom how can I stop that? You need to calm then it's stopped. I was the one who need to be brave but my kids are braver.
Last week the daycare center teacher told us the activity the kids need to attend. I didn't know that it's all about an earthquake drill. My co parents even told that it's been a while since they saw us. I told them that Ria has been scratch by our kitten. As we arrive the others are already sitting at the cover court.
The kids were told what to do when they felt an earthquake coming. Dock, Cover and hold. We parents are laughing because they are also teaching the kinds of Earthquake such as tectonic, volcanic, collapse and explosion. The kids won't surely understand that but that gave us information. It's a different stuff when kids see they own age listening to a safety precautions. Look at my dear Ria after see heard the siren she already know what to do. They went upstairs to visit a room. They told to hide under the table or something tough enough to protect them. Its important that while growing they are already aware on what's going to happen in their sorroundings.

Thank you so much for reading
Much Love, @usagigallardo015
Earthquakes would scare me, too! I've never been in one, I would probably freak out, lol.
I think probably we are more afraid of the natural disasters not common to our area. Like around here, when people hear a tornado siren, we go outside to look instead of just taking cover. 😂😅
Yes @phoenixwren we couldn't help but to admire it first then later be frightened on what it could do
This activity helps the children to know what to do if there's an earthquake or big one happens. We really can't predict when will be happens that is why it is good to always get ready. 👍👏
Yes I agree so @godslove123 while they're growing they realize what they need to do when a sudden disaster happened
I really like the scenes you shared. Indeed you are right in saying that children should be given proper education on this important matter now so that they can properly protect themselves in difficult times like earthquakes. Schools can be one of the best groups to raise awareness about this. Thank you very much for presenting the topic beautifully.
Your very much welcome my dear friend @semarekha. And you know it was really effective because when Ria heard a siren she was already covering her head
