A Strict Maintenance

Hello hive community it's been a while since I wrote here in this wonderful @cycling community. The recent was last year December 06 here's the link below. It's all about my son wrecked bike 💔 from an accident. After that he wasn't able to ride on his bike again. His father didn't spend money to fixed it even it's hardly needed at home. Going on places to another. He was also worried about his son's sake. We bought him smartphone to keep him company. But ones a cycler will always be a cycler. Whenever he sees bike on his social media accounts it all reminds of how happy he is while padding his own Bicycle.

My post for today are stock photos taken before he had an accident. Of course as a parent we probably wrote what we fell at the first time we saw our own flesh and blood got hurt.

My son trips; disassemble his bike make maintenance and experiments too. Like what you're seeing on the photo, even Ria is helping his brother with the chore. My son is putting grease on his bike steering wheel. His also adjusting negative stem he told that sometimes it will be high or low 🤦🏻‍♀️. I don't understand anything about his bike all I know is to ride on it.

And now on the breaks the most important part of all. I never ride on bikes specially when its break are not working. I think I will fell down and crashed. While my son is biking without his hands on the steering wheel. Some trycycle drivers told him to remove his steering because it seems he don't actually need it lol 🤣. You can even see how shiny his parts are. It looks more cleaner compared to my son.

Seatpost

A carbon seatpost is five-times stronger than steel and twice as stiff. This is perfect for a cyclist.
Yes my son's seatpost is made with carbon. Very lightweight I thought at first it will easily break up. But he told its tougher more than I thought.
The reason of my update is my son is trying harder to build his bike again. On the other hand it's been five months since it's been wrecked up. And maybe it's the right time to build his dreams again.

Ohh, his bicycle still isn't fixed 😞
How sad for him. I hope you will be able to let it be fixed soon.

Wonderful work, kudos for the detail. It's really sad that the bike isn't ready to ride yet, five months is an eternity for a passionate cyclist. I hope that soon the work will be done and that he will be able to enjoy the rides again.
