I live barefooted and naked, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i. I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

Warm greetings all! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
One thing which differentiates Hive from many other blockchain projects, even some excellent ones, is that Hive already has several solid use cases, not just potential or theoretical ones, as is still often the case with most other projects. Hive has its potential or theoretical uses as well of course, but the practical ones that exist now are pretty incredible and exciting.

One of the very notable use cases which is being implemented in an ever-growing number of locations in the world, is using HBD as real-world payment for goods and services. This is allowing people with untenable local economic situations, such as in Venezuela and Cuba, to circumvent such conditions and create a new parallel local economy that actually works for people. That one use case right there is massive, and will likely fire a much wider adoption of Hive, as word of its success continues to spread.

Hive, being the massively multifaceted Blockchain Ecosystem that it is, has many other practical use cases as well. One is that Hive, if utilized correctly, can be a consistent, stable, and usable income source, where the assets generated can be converted to local fiat currencies as needed. Hive is a compounding-interest machine, so it is quite feasible to build and grow both active and passive income streams that create a solid financial foundation, regardless of local economic conditions.

Crowdsourced fundraising is another use case which has been used many times on Hive, and which can be more efficient and effective than conventional fundraising methods, in part because there are no service fees and no corporate or operational overhead. Because of this, what is received is what is sent to the intended beneficiaries. Like many things, Hive just does this better.

Because we own our keys on Hive, and our assets are indeed ours, our Hive accounts are better than any financial institution for storing, transfering, and growing our assets, both native Hive layer-1 and layer-2 tokens, and off-chain assets via their respective SWAP counterpart on Hive Engine. Hive's simple, elegant, and efficient financial implementation blows almost every other method of managing finances out of the water, easily.

Because Hive is an immutable Blockchain leger, it also serves very well indeed for censorship-resistant sharing and storage of information and as an excellent framework for voting and governance. Hive's practical use cases put it far ahead of the crypto pack, and its own potential and theoretical uses only add to the bubbling and overflowing excitement around the future of this brilliant Blockchain. We've got something very special indeed in Hive, and I'm grateful every day for being here, and for discovering it two years ago! Hive changes lives, and the world!

Because I was needed to help prepare for the arrival two of our cows, Daisy (who had been living off-property for about a year), and her new calf, I had to wrap up my Hive tasks a bit earlier than usual yesterday. Thankfully I was able to do so, allowing me to leave the Flow House by around 2:30PM, to go focus on my cow-preparation duties. I did, of course, take some time to wander around to take photos for this post first. Once I had that completed, I spent the next several hours helping Ano and @aukuna get the fences and gates for the cow pasture ready for the arrival of Daisy and her calf today. We stopped working just before sunset, after getting everything to a pretty good place.

Once my cow-preparation duties were done for the day, I took a shower, strained out kefir for my kefir-honey-cinnanom-cacao blend, made myself some food, got food for my super-cute kitten Flowz, and then I headed back to the Flow House to dive into my evening roung of Hive catch-up and tasks. Because I left the Flow House so early, to be able to help with cow preparation, I was quite behind on Hive, and it took me hours to catch up again, and I struggled to stay awake toward the end, but I did finally get myself caught up by around 12AM, very thankfully. I went to sleep pretty much as soon as I finished on Hive, I slept pretty well, and I woke up around 6:30AM,which is a pretty normal time. I did a round of token management on Hive before finally getting out of bed just before 9AM.

I had to pause writing this post to do a short round of bodywork on Ano's shoulder, before he heads out for a day of free-climbing coconut palms to harvest a truckload of coconuts, to sell and for the community, as he does every Friday. It's now approaching 1PM, so a good time to end this post for the moment, to get to my afternoon round on Hive, and then focus on land work later. I may also need to help out with Daisy and her calf when they arrive. I deeply appreciate you all! Until tomorrow! Onward and upward, joyfully together! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

@tydynrain! You Are Alive so I just staked 0.1 $ALIVE to your account on behalf of @ myjob. (7/10)
The tip has been paid for by the We Are Alive Tribe through the earnings on @alive.chat, feel free to swing by our daily chat any time you want, plus you can win Hive Power (2x 50 HP) and Alive Power (2x 500 AP) delegations (4 weeks), and Ecency Points (4x 50 EP), in our chat every day.

That's katuk/Asian sweet leaf - Sauropus androgynus. It's planted here because it's a good, high-protein edible green. While the fruit are edible, they don't taste like much, so they're rarely eaten. It grows very, very well here seeding itself widely. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
Thank you for letting me know what the plant was, I am always interested in a new to me plant.
