I live barefooted and naked, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i. I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! πππβ‘π₯π₯β΄οΈβ³οΈβοΈπ£π±β¨π€

An interesting insight came to me this morning about our exceptional Blockchain. Hive is very notably revolutionary or evolutionary sovereignty-driven tech, but hand in hand with that there is also Hive's amazing daily consistency, dependability, and regularity over long periods of time. Hive is a daily revolution, or revolution on the regular, you might say. That's pretty significant.
Yes, of course there are aspects of Hive, or certain front-ends, which have bouts of inconsistency at times, with issues and downtime, but overall these are generally few and far between, and there is usually sufficient redundancy to allow for alternate ways to do most things on the Blockchain. That's one thing I've always really appreciated about Hive, that there are usually multiple ways to get things done. Redundancy really is a beautiful thing.
This idea that I'm getting at here is that even in Hive's life-and-world-changing technological (r)evolution, we have a regular, dependable, and generally consistent daily experience here on the Blockchain. It's actually because of that elegant balance that is Hive's very regular revolution that some who have been here for a while begin to take the Blockchain for granted, because they get themselves in a rut of routine. On Hive we have complete control over what we do here and how we spend our time. If we find ourselves getting into a boring routine, then it's up to us (like everything else here) to the make changes necessary so that we enjoy what we do on the Blockchain.
Hive's revolution on the daily is actually something that I've always very much appreciated in being here over the past two years. With how unstable and transitional where I live, and my own life, have been over the past several years, I've come to really value dependable, regular patterns, and Hive has indeed helped me through times in my life when there was a huge amount of change within a very short period of time. Hive has been something of an anchor, you could say, in tumultuous times.
This is just one of the already innumerable reasons why I have been so deeply grateful for Hive over my two years here. It's also in part why I have been so exceedingly consistent here myself during that time, to give back to the Blockchain which has helped and supported me so greatly. I am forever thankful to Hive and its incredible community, more actually than I can really even easily put into words. Thank you, Hive!
Sunday began quite rainy, but became a gorgeous sunny day later in the afternoon. I left the Flow House around 4PM, to see about doing some work on the land. I spent some time taking photos for this post first, while the afternoon sun was so lovely. For Sunday work I focused on weeding in my nursery and around my Coleus beds for a while. I got a fair bit done, but there's always more to do it seems. Once I finished working, I took a shower, then I went to the Landing to strain some kefir for my kefir-honey-cinnamon-cacao blend, make myself some food, and get food for my kitten friend (who I'm thinking of naming Flowz). With all that done I returned to the Flow House to do one last round of Hive catch-up and tasks, before I started on my giant Goals and Progress Update.
I was able to stay caught up on Hive most of the day, which was a very good thing, because compiling the information for, and then writing, my My 69th Sunday Weekly Hive Goals and Progress Update: 3/3 Goals Smashed, and 2,600 HP Surpassed! took several hours, as putting those posts together usually does. It did get a little more challenging toward the end, as I struggled to stay awake to finish it. I was able to complete and publish it a little after 12AM. I went to sleep very soon after that, and I thankfully slept well, waking up around 6:30AM. I did a short round of Hive tasks, in between playing with my fuzzy kitten friend, then I went back to sleep until around 8:30AM. I finally got up around 9AM to go make my superfood fire coffee.
It's approaching 12PM, so it's a marvelous time to end this post, so that I can begin my morning/afternoon round of Hive catch-up and tasks. Later in the afternoon I plan on going to do more plant-and-garden work. @aukuna and I might plant four cashew tress that I grew from seed. That sounds fun! I deeply appreciate you all so much! Until tomorrow! Onward and upward, joyfully together! πππβ¨π€

Thank you all so much who have helped me get to where I am today, and allowing me to share more of the beauty and magic from my life and my world with you, and for your continuous appreciation and support! I am truly deeply grateful! πππ
