I Am #AliveAndThriving Today! || #IAmAliveChallenge || Daily Off-Grid Jungle Journal Entry: Day #419 - 2,600 HP Surpasseed, and LinkTree Updated - GaiaYoga Gardens, Lower Puna, Far East Big Island, Hawai'i - Tuesday, September 19, 2023

I live barefooted and naked, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i. I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

I surpassed 2,600 HP yesterday in the afternoon, for which I exceedingly grateful, as always. The speed of my growth on Hive has been steadily increasing, which is very exciting to see! The more we have, the faster we grow, so this is to be expected, but it's still super cool to actually see it happening.

This month I have a bit of HIVE that I've been accumulating for the October 1st HPUD. I receive a fair amount of HIVE in a month, from all my passive income sources, and from my rewards for being in the top 10 in engagement on Ecency, so I'll likely keep just letting it pile up, and then power it up for HPUD each month. I intend to make this a consistent monthly practice.

I'm still waiting on the fiat value of DOGE/SWAP.DOGE to surge, so that my two sell orders on BitForex and Hive Engine go through. When that does happen, I'll easily have enough HIVE to do my massive power up to dolphin level. I don't know when it will be, but that will be one incredible HPUD when it does!

I updated my LinkTree profile today, adding in new links for my X/Twitter profile, and for the Qortal and IPFS projects. I have profiles on so many platforms, though I rarely use most of them presently, which is making me think that I should perhaps remove some, to keep the links that I share on LinkTree a bit more simple and relevant. I just recently got back into Twitter (now X), to share my a Hive posts there, to follow several citizen-journalist accounts, and because Elon is now heading it. I've been quite liking it lately, for a centralized platform that is.

With my ever-deepening involvement in Hive, and other sovereignty-aligned/driven tech projects, the feeling that I really should dive into learning various coding/programming languages keeps getting stronger. I might have to do something about that soon. One thing that's held me off is that across the various projects where I'd like to contribute, there are several different programming languages used, so my first step would be deciding which ones I should start learning first. I feel the desire and need to contribute, and to help build technology that helps liberate and empower humanity, to counter all of the dominant pernicious tech that is being used against people. I would love to be able to contribute to making Hive even better than it already is, or even at some point to create my own project within it. That kind of thing excites me!

Yesterday was a beautiful, sunny, warm, and breezy Tuesday, in which I was able to finish all of my Hive catch-up and tasks quite a bit earlier than usual, around 2:30PM, which was wonderful, as it allowed me to get a lot more done in my day! I devoted a little time to taking photos for this post first, which didn't take too long, as the sun was out, so there were beautiful shots everywhere! After taking photos, I jumped into land work, getting a fair amount done. First I did a little clearing and planting work for Braja, Ano's mother. That didn't take too long, so I went to Ano's nursery to do some paid propagation work dividing and potting up bamboo, which I did for an hour. I cleaned up and took a short break after dividing bamboo, then I put my sights on weeding the fenced garden again. I got a lot done, but there's so much more to do. I hope to return to it today in the late afternoon.

After working, I took a shower, made myself some food, got food for my kitten friend (who's leg is doing much better), then I returned to the Flow House for my evening round of Hive catch-up and tasks, which I completed quite early, around 9:30PM. Even though I completed everything early, I stayed up quite late, until around 1AM, working on Arch Linux a little, checking my X feed, and doing a round of token management on Hive again. While I didn't sleep very well last night, I feel pretty good this morning, thankfully.

It's just after 1:30PM, so it's a good time to end this post for now, so that I can get to my afternoon Hive catch-up and tasks, and then dive into my plant work on the land. I also have to clean two of our water-collection gutters, and change an ethernet head at Shiva-Shakti for Melekai, so I've got a few things to do today! I deeply appreciate you all so much!
