|| IAAC DAY 729 || Don't Get Used But Be A Good Person
Hi Everyone,
It's another beautiful day and I'm grateful for being alive on the land of living and I thank God Almighty for the gift of life.
It's with great pleasure that I'm welcoming everyone to my blog and I hope you're all doing well and having a great day.
No one will understand or tough things has been going on for you and how you're coping to make sure your life is on the right track or how much you're going through just because you keep listening to their needs.
And the worst part is not that those people don't know what you're going through but they just intentional ignore your condition and don't even care how you're surviving but they won't hesitate to reach out to you immediately they need something from you since you're so nice and a good person.
Yeah!!.. it's good to be good and it's alright to be nice to people around you but it's bad to be get used all the time when what is on your mind always is your good deed while other are exhorting you without given a damn.
Don't allow yourself to be pulled down because you're too nice or too strong but instead learn to say no and instantly reject what is bad for you because no one care how struggling you're if you keep silent and you have to react to each action people direct at you for them to realized how badly they have treated you.
This is my day #729 on #iamalivechalleng and I am happy to be alive. A big thanks to @flaxz for this amazng initiative.

Around 11% of females develop an uncomplicated UTI every year. Of them, around 25% develop a second infection within the next 6 months! In short, rUTI is quite common in females! Usually, a course of prolonged antibiotics helps to prevent the recurrence. However, it has its demerits!
A vaccine (MV140 aka Uromune) is being developed by Inmunotek S.L., Spain. It's not an injection. The candidate needs to spray it under the tongue twice daily for 3 months! The study results are promising. The UTI recurrence rates in the study groups were markedly reduced! It's in phage 2-3 of development. It's already available in 26 countries under a special access program!
