RE: The One Piece of Advice

Like I've always said, take advantage of travelling and seeing the world while you are young enough to do it. I've been all over the place and lived years of my life in South America and the Caribbean. Travelled over most of Europe, Central America, South American and North America. I've even had the chance to spend some nice military time in Iraq and Afghanistan. And I wouldn't change a thing! We all live large when we are making the big money, and that's fine as long as you are experiencing life.

Just like you I've had a lot of fun, and would recommend it to anyone. Don't wait until you're old to live life, by then travel is a lot less fun unless you happen to be ultra wealthy. Even then the arthritis will slow you down! Great job on enjoying your life and seeing war torn countries as well. Few people get to see those part of the world and understand what true poverty really is.

I worked for Bechtel who the CIA used as a front to get into so many dodgy places. My first boss there was one of the Iraqi held hostages so he had a job for life with Bechtel once he was freed.
Travelling the world is brilliant and I recommend it to everyone. I also recommended to people to explore their own country too!

We both made our own luck and visited places when we could. Something my mother and her father (my grandfather) always told me ... you make your own luck, so go and do it, don't wait for things to happen!
