As we all know that this week is 100th week of hive learners. We all are celebrating and cherishing this time and 100th week is coming to it's end.

I am seeing that users are expressing their views and providing diverse ideas to all of us. Reading blogs in hive learners and interacting with them is an full engaging activity.

There are hundreds of services which are being provided to all users in hive learners. Hive learners is no doubt a perfect looking community. I have seen craze of users about hive learners community. There are hundreds of users who are dedicated to hive learners. In this journey, there is a big contribution of management. Hive learners is spread all over like numbers on spreadsheet. There are podcasts, tweets and threads.

Interestingly, i don't think that there is much need to do anything as things are going with great speed and growth is visible to everyone. Still, there are somethings which are knocking in my head strongly. So, i think i should spill them out.

Author of the week and Leothreads

Users of hive learners know that author of the week selected through threads poll. It is strange that often threads don't work and lags. I am not aware of the current status of threads and seems like threads are improved. But, author of the weeks are not visible to me anymore. May be it's my fault.
I think author of the week should be selected by keeping in view the engagement in the community, contribution in the hive learners and other merits. I know these merits are already fulfilling but still there is some point where it lags.

Verification in Hive learners

Recently, i was talking to hive user @artbeat. She wanted to be verified in hive learners but she want that verifying person on video call should be a girl. I think verifying person is just male. For females the video caller should be female and for male there should be male verifying person.

Moreover, verification process is really good and it filters only authentic and real users of hive who are dedicated. Hive learners give opportunity to every user to express their thoughts on particular prompt.

More editions of topics?

I was reading in someone's post that there should be 7 topics for 7 days of week. Instantly, i also thought that it would be good but if we see this thing on reality ground then things will be mixed, originality lags and profile will not become that much unique.
With 3 editions of topics and one creative sunday, hive learners give us space to also participate on other ongoing contests on hive.
So, i think 3 editions and one creative sunday is enough and users should focus on these things and not to create tug of war with content.

Overall, hive learners is going with good speed and the achievement in 100 weeks is undescribable and it's amazing. We all are looking forward to next 100 weeks.
