A look at some general early Lego collectable minifigures for fun

Introduction

So here is another post looking at lego. So many conversation about crypto Prices and precious metals but looking at the figures I think maybe Lego might be the best investment I have made. We are still buying a few lego sets but have not bought many figures for a while. Although I am tempted to go and buy some job lots of ebay!

We are also doing well at adding them to https://brickset.com/browse where you can track your collection and value and this is the second post I have done. Lego sets have increased by 12% a year since 2012 more than stocks and gold!

How today we are looking at the minifgure collection from the collectable series again. We have many, many bags of them so it is hard to know exactly where they from. We have sorted most of them out in bags. However we did not start collecting until about series 13 so we do not have many of the earlier series unfortunately. So this is a look at some early ones all together and a few others! I think there are a few others in there too!

Conclusion

Some disappointing prices there, surfer girl being a good example of depreciation in value! I was expecting them to be slightly higher as they are older figures the Surgeon is reasonable but the rest have not gone up in value at all. So not a great start looking at these CMF. I hope some of the others look better than this! Although there are some nice figures there for sure I think lets wait 10 years and then look at the price for these!
