Watch and earn report November 17-24 - a change to the #watchandearn model

Hello Lions, hello Gamers!
This week there is only one #watchandearn report for the last 2 streams. This happened because a lot of stuff is happening all at once and @solymi does not have enough time to handle day-to-day business.

We will also introduce a change in the watch and earn model that will make things easier and will have a more immersive feeling to it. So without further ado let us dive into the latest report.

This is the watch and earn report for the channel Gaming4Coin for the period 17th- 24th of November.

Watch and earn changes

inleo.io serves as a fully immersive web3 stream platform now. We can embed our web2 stream and even the chat from Twitch and interact with the viewers in a direct way on chain. Not only is this revolutionary, but it is also very rewarding. Each participant in the official threadcast of each stream not only gets regular upvotes on their threads, but also benefits from the rewards these posts generate.

Here is where from now on we will implement some changes that make the watch and earn model a bit easier and bit faster in rewarding viewers.

Until this point, we worked with beneficiary rewards towards those who participated in the threadcasts.
From now on this will be slighlty different.

20% of each report will go to @ravenmus1c or any other artist whose music is played on stream. This is important to us because we strongly believe in a direct way to say thank you to artists. Of course, these rewards are not bringing life-changing money, but they go directly to the artist without any service or label taking a big chunk of the income for themselves.
75% of all rewards made go directly towards the #watchandearn treasury on the account @snvault

As often has been stated this is the official treasury of the watch and earn prgram. Never will funds be transferred to the holder of the keys. @solymi will not benefit from anything paid into that account. This treasury is made for the community to benefit from the watch and earn program. Solymi is willing to share the ownership of this account with an old OG trusted member of the community to give the project more transparency and accountability.

5% of the rewards will stay on this account and the HBD will be converted to HIVE and powered up. This ensures that this account keeps growing a bit each week and also benefits the overall ecosystem with participating in governance and reward distribution.

The treasury has accumulated a bit of HBD over the past few weeks and we now have a big enough buffer to reward our viewers with direct HBD payments for their time spent on the channel.

From now on SNVAULT will transfer HBD payments on a weekly basis to everyone who participated in the #watchandearn threadcasts! This will be done in a manner so that is sustainable and ensures the funds in the treasury keep growing. Parts of the HBD income will be put into savings so the amount of HBD keeps growing.

For now the participation in a watch and earn threadcast will pay 0.069 $HBD to every participant. Regardless of how many threads you contributed to the threadcast, you will be seeing 0.069 HBD coming your way. This ensures that everyone benefits equally regardless how much rewards these reports create.

These numbers of course can be adjusted if needed and we will see if this model is sustainable.
