Interesting deck! Congrats on 14/18! Recently, I started playing a deck of the same kind, with 2 Second-Rate First Mate and 2 Crooked Quartermaster, this type. It works amazingly.

I've just researched about Deception. Much new, looks like we'll have fun. But no time and energy to analyse everything. My priority is saving crypto so I'll keep playing old decks with some potential additions from the new set.
