Los colores de abril [ESP-ENG]

Como si hubiese cambiado el cristal de mis lentes, o como si se tratase de un filtro con un toquecito de saturación y calidez, pienso en abril y pienso en bonitos colores.

Poco tiene que ver con la realidad en sí misma, de hecho abril ha sido el mes más lluvioso, frío y nublado del año. Sin embargo, entre paraguas, en mi oficina, en paseos y caminatas, he tenido el tiempo para apreciar los colores de cada día. Creo que una de las cosas que más me ha gustado de mi mes es que he podido hacer Actos de Servicio para la gente que quiero. No es este mi principal lenguaje de amor, pero sí que deja grandes satisfacciones cuando el agradecimiento viene en forma de sonrisas.
También me siento más conectada con el presente, las decisiones se sienten más conscientes y no ando en piloto automático. El trabajo interno y los cambios traen consigo resultados.

Los grises también están incluidos en la paleta de colores pero cuando me reconozco imperfectamente humana, cada desafío o dificultad se percibe como una oportunidad de crecimiento y aprendizaje.

Me despido de abril con estas imágenes tomadas en diferentes momentos del mes.
Este resumen ha sido diferente, principalmente fotográfico y con un lente en macro.
En ocasiones las imágenes pueden transmitir tanta información como las palabras. A veces, incluso más.

As if I had changed the glass of my lenses, or as if it were a filter with a little touch of saturation and warmth, I think of April and I think of beautiful colors.

It has little to do with reality itself, in fact April has been the rainiest, coldest and cloudiest month of the year. However, between umbrellas, in my office, on walks and hikes, I have had the time to appreciate the colors each day. I think one of the things I have enjoyed most about my month is that I have been able to do Acts of Service for the people I love. This is not my main love language, but it does leave great satisfaction when the appreciation comes in the form of smiles.
I also feel more connected to the present, decisions feel more conscious and I am not on autopilot. Inner work and changes bring results.

Grays are also included in the color palette but when I recognize myself as imperfectly human, every challenge or difficulty is perceived as an opportunity for growth and learning.
