My very little (Office) Job experience 👨💼👨💼

I am always been a freelancer hehe, but its not from the start or its not like, I didn't even go to office work 😅. I had little experience about it as well.
Little about my very first Job :
It was about 20-22 years old scene when I passed my matriculation exam (10th class) and my elder brother asked me to join contract base (Data Entry) job in his office. He was in HR department of that Company/office.
First/Interview day :
That scene is really interesting 😅
I went office with my elder brother (office van), and there we were 4 person and those three were senior for me (by education and by age 😅).
Our Head asked us few question and than start telling his own story, about how he started work on other country.
He took approx. hour and than telling us the end words like,
We feel shame for doing low class job here in our country. But we do that out of country for money etc. etc.
After telling that sentence he took us to upper floor (it was empty, lots of dust there and I saw some table and computer machines there...) he said, its all your floor and you all are selected, so maintain your floor etc. etc.
And than other three of my team members start their work (setting up things 😅) and I came to the head and asked him for my timing so I will join them tomorrow Hehe
He put hard look on me and replied, 9:00 AM, I shake hand with him and came back to home.
Next Day, when I enter that floor, it was all fine and clean. I start my working and he made me team leader 🤣 (supervisor).
What I learned there :
It was my first ever office job and the positive point for me was that my elder brother was also there hehe.
We all 4 team members relatives are there...
The first thing I learned there is, how hard the situation is, if you are good with your work, the things will go easy...
It was another scene in first week, that other three were more educated than me and those three were not happy to have me as their supervisor 🤣 and they tried for it. I was unaware of their plan etc. but one day, IT department head with his 2 boys came to our floor and asked one of my team member about his problem with keyboard. He than pointed his problems with that keyboard.
I was busy with my work that time and the IT head called me,
"Shiraz, can I exchange that keyboard with yours...?"
I replied him "Sure..."
So they changed my keyboard 😅, I saw that keyboard, the alpha and numbers was hidden from the keys. But I don't want those ... as I was good in typing, I don't need to see the keyboard while I was typing.
So after few minutes I started my work with same speed and forget about that I have other keyboard...
And suddenly the IT head laughed and said, you all are complaining about him that you guys are more educated and Shiraz taking benefits with no reason...
Can you all see, he is using the same keyboard that one of you were not able to work with that...
Why you want to see those alpha if you are here for typing...
HAHAH that was hilarious hehe, and that time I figured out that those members are not that friendly 😋 (but I didn't care...)
After completing our contract base Job :
After completing our time frame and project, two of us already heard about that we will get some position as full time job.
And so we get that, I was under my Brother's department.
I don't even remember the time period but I didn't do that job for long.
They will ask for me (as my brother told me...) but I refused...
We were not forced to do a job (by our parents) and I took the full advantage of it and still I am the only one in my siblings that is Jobless 🤣.
What my plan :
My plan was nothing but searched online work with no time frame etc. etc. and started "Captcha Typing" earned a lot from that. And than I started another work of "Call reviewing" and much more...
But all these work were without any time frame, the formula there is like
You work, You earn...
You don't work, you don't earn 🤣

Yea Shrazi, I think I know about your typing speed. You are very good at that. Hehehehe. I love the reaction of the IT manager towards those guys reactions. He really did the right thing and he did well by exposing them through changing the keyboard. It made you know that they are enemies in disguise. You are really doing well as a freelancer. I cherish your styles.

As for your other team members, were they jealous you were chosen as their supervisor? 😂 Some people are like that. They feel once they are educated, they know more than the one who isn't but you proved them wrong with your typing speed on the keyboard. That was nice.

They were maybe jealous, they didn't say anything in front of me. But that scene turn that our hehe. But we 4 completed our task on time and I was SUPERVISOR 😂 (from start to end)
