A DIVE INTO HOW HIVE HAS ALWAYS BEEN HELPFUL TO ME

Joining hive has been one of the greatest thing that has ever happened to me, yeah one of the greatest... I'm so happy I came onboard and I'll be forever grateful for that. Hive is just so nice, a lovely platform that has helped and still helping alot of people grow. If you're looking for someone that hive really helped, I'm a very good example, no need to search again, just come to me and I'll give you deep explanation and testimony.

Before I joined hive, i have an offline job I was doing already, I'm a civil servant (a teacher) and you know what the minimum wage of Nigeria is, it's a manageable amount of money, a family man can't live with that alone, I don't think it's possible, one needs to find other sources of income... though my salary is above the minimum wage yet it was not enough to cater for my needs not to talk of my other responsibilities, I knew I had to buckle up else life will show me (shege) what I don't like.

My offline job was not enough so I started looking for other means to make more money, I met a friend who introduced me to selling of shoes, it has its own profit too anyways but the stress is just too much and nothing to be compared with the money I'm making from it. So I knew I'm yet to get to my bus stop of searching for other means of which I can make money and of ourse I would prefer online business, so it won't really clash with my teaching job.
The shoe I was selling was online so I was that type of online vendor, just that my data subscription did not rest lols, I subscribe every now and then.

Just like the saying of our elders that "you don't let go of what is in your hands when you haven't get hold of something better". So this made me still stick to the shoe selling business till I find a better side hustle. Luckily for me few months after, I met a friend of mine @vickoly who introduced me to hive, of course I wasn't interested at first because it was about blogging, writing which I don't really have interest in right from my days in school. But after many tutorials and counseling lols I got started and before I knew it, I was getting used to it gradually and now the rest is history. I can say I'm an addict now, can't do without writing for a long time, I might get sick lols. All thanks to God for the success so far, we're striving regardless because the journey is still far.

Of course I'm not selfish, I did my best to tell people about hive aswell, I think have reached or passed 10 referrals because I got the batch not long ago. Some had to leave the platform though maybe they could not have persevere or due to other reasons but I still have people who stood their ground despite the difficulties and thank God they're are doing exploit, people like @mojtee07 and @imaculate50. I'm happy to be their mentor.
perseverance is a virtue, if one lacks this it's possible for one to quit the blockchain. But if you can endure and keep striving, for sure there's testimony ahead, light at the end of the tunnel.

Just like I mentioned earlier that I have many responsibilities, some of which are my monthly duty of sending some amount of money home to my parent, then I also have a sibling who just gained admission into the university and I'm part of those that will take care of her school fees and welfare till she graduates, so help me God.
I love hive, I don't know about you.

THANKS FOR STOPPING BY.

My brother am so happy for you, nowadays someone needs to find extra job from the main job to run a family, be it online or offline.

I'm glad u found a way to back up your main job because teaching job is not enough to rely on to start a family.

I'm glad you introduced me to the blockchain, apart from the financial benefits I derive from here, there's a lot I have learnt from here that I find useful out of hive.

Thank you once again for getting me on here

@sholex94 you are lucky to have a good onboard man @vickoly, he is intelligent man. In countries where high inflation is a big trouble, teaching salary is not enough to meet the needs of life. You were also working in online job dude. Hive is blessing like you for me. After offline job, we can enjoy hive with respect to earning aspect.

Depending on salary alone nowadays means the person will definitely become a customer of debts. Hive is indeed a platform that helps one becomes financially independent so far one can be consistent on it. Thanks for onboarding me, you are appreciated dear🥰
