Exploring Buwakan Ni Alejandra (Flower Garden Of Alejandra) : The Colorful Balamban, Cebu Wonderland! 🥰❤️

For a very long time, I'd like to go to Buwakan Ni Alejandra located at Balamban, Cebu. I've been seeing at social medias of how beautiful the place is. So, I promised to myself that I will go there as a birthday gift to myself. I told a friend that I am going there before my birthday. She decided to go with me together with her daughter.

How Did We Get There?

We agreed to go there a week before my birthday. And agreed to travel early in the morning for us to be back to the city early. Since, we don't have our own service we need to commute and ride a van going to Balamban.

As early as 8am I am ready. But, my friend wasn't ready yet. So, I have to wait for them. I waited about an hour. I thought they can't go with me. Then, my friend called me that they are on the way to highway. So, I ride a motorcycle to the highway. When we meet, we ride a bus going to IT Park where we gonna ride a van going to Balamban where Buwakan Ni Alejandra is located. While on the jeep, I opened my sling bag and discovered that my phone is missing. I left my phone in my boarding house. I need my phone to take pictures at Alejandra. So, I told my friend to just continue to IT Park and I need to stop the bus and be back to boarding house to get my phone. I will just meet them at the IT Park terminal.

As the bus stop, I am lucky that there's a motorcycle passing. I ride a motorcycle going back to my boarding house and told the driver to just wait for a moment 'coz I am going back to the highway. Lucky enough that the motorcycle driver is so kind and didn't charge me big. 😀

When I am back at the highway, I ride a bus again going to IT Park. From the bus stop, I walk to the terminal and meet my friend and her daughter there.

There's no available van when we arrived. We waited for minutes before a van came.

We paid our fare at this table with this woman. We paid Php 160.00 or $2.88 per person. The daughter of my friend has no fare because she will just sit on the lap of her mother and will not occupy a seat.

After paying our fare, the woman gives us this card for our seats as a proof that we already paid our fare.

While waiting for the van, I had some pictures around the terminal. It is sorrounded of big buildings. There are some buses parking on the corners. There are also restaurant around.

After few minutes of waiting, the van arrived. We travel about an hour from IT Park terminal to Buwakan Ni Alejandra. Before we arrived at Alejandra, while riding a van as we are passing the transcentral highway, the Aircon of the van were off and the windows of the van were opened for us to feel and experience the cool and fresh air of the mountain breeze. In an hour travelling, we arrived at Balamban. And the van drops us fronting the Buwakan Ni Alejandra.

Welcome To The Buwakan Ni Alejandra ❤️

The Buwakan Ni Alejandra is just along the highway at the right side if from the city. You won't be lost going there as the van drivers knows the exact location. 😀

Before entering the Buwakan Ni Alejandra, we need to pay the entrance fee that is located in the corner. The entrance rate are as follows:

• Age 6-10 is Php 50.00
• Age 11-59 is Php 75.00
• Senior citizen and PWD is Php 50.00

I paid Php 150.00 for two adult. Because, my friend's daughter is still entrance free as she doesn't belong to the range of age with fee. 😀

Let us now start exploring Buwakan Ni Alejandra. Be extra careful in walking as it is a slope ramp to the hidden gem of Alejandra.

As we reach down the base ramp, we were greeted joyfully by the staff and given directions of where the comfort room located and where the restaurant is. They also say good wishes for us to enjoy our visit at Buwakan Ni Alejandra.

As we saw the colorful garden, we become excited exploring the wonderland of Alejandra. 🥰 There are only few visitors that time. We are taking pictures as many as we can. 🥰

I saw an extra ordinary eggplants on the corner.

I am really amazed of the beautiful and colorful garden. It is full of different colorful plants and flowers. I really love what my eyes see and I love the landscape of the garden. It is indeed a hidden gem and a paradise.

The flowers that I like most that I have seen at Buwakan Ni Alejandra are the millions flower. It is good to be used as a bouquet flowers for the wedding. 🥰 When my wedding day comes, I hope to use it as my bouquet. I like most the pink one. 🥰

Before we continue exploring the beautiful garden, we had our lunch first to fill out hungry tummy. 😀 I gonna share in a separate blog our lunch meal at Alejandra. I will just continue sharing the view in exploring the paradise. Let me just tour you around. 🥰

It is great to know that there are staff around who are really so jolly and will help the visitors to take pictures. I have here some pictures taken by the staffs using my phone of course. 🥰

While we are roaming around, my friend is taking videos and I haven't seen them as I continue to roam around. I didn't know where did they go. So, I continue by myself. Coz I was thinking they are busy enjoying the paradise. What I did, I go up where there's a big heart shape. I asked assistance from the staff to take pictures of me in the big heart shape and while at the bridge that is a perfect spot for an instgrammable pictures. The staff instructed me how to pose. 🥰

After those instgrammable photos, while I am at the bridge I saw my friend and her daughter. They came from the comfort room. Her daughter change clothes because she was able to pee on her pants. That's the reason why I haven't seen them for few minutes. 😁

When they saw me, they also go up at the bridge and we had some pictures again and continue roaming around until we get tired. 😀

When we are contented in exploring Buwakan Ni Alejandra, we decided to go back to the city. We exit at the garden and waited a van to passby at the highway. Gladly, it didn't takes us long waiting. We were able to ride a van with only few passengers. 😀

That's an amazing trip we had at Buwakan Ni Alejandra. I am so happy that I visited Buwakan Ni Alejandra as my birthday present for myself.
