If there's one Brazilian dish that I love, it's fried fish! Who doesn't like a well-fried fish, crunchy in the mouth that melts because it's so juicy? I can't say exactly how the fish is prepared in other regions, but here in Goiás, but specifically in the city of Goiânia, the most standard way of doing it is to coat the fish in flour and fry it in oil!

Of course, we can add many things to accompany it, be it good old rice and beans or just a plate full of golden fried fish and with them, we can accompany them with lemon, mayonnaise, baconese or mix mayonnaise with pepper and make a delicious sauce. fiery! The drink can be an ice-cold Coca-Cola or a beer to cool you down!

Fried fish is present in several places and everyone has their own way of doing it, now comes the most incredible thing in history! The never-before-seen combination of fried fish and açaí! That's exactly what you read, this crazy and tasty combination that I tried a few times. In fact, I have never eaten an official dish from a specific place of sale, a restaurant, for example, I did it more my wife, she fried the fish and I bought the açaí.

But how did we arrive at this combination? It wasn't completely random, in fact, this dish is typical of the northern region of Brazil, more precisely in the state of Pará and if I live in the center-west, how do I know that? Because a friend of ours, who lived here for a while and then moved to Pará, told us about this combination and we decided to do it one day, it was really cool, despite being very different from our customs, it was an incredible experience.

Firstly, this dish becomes something quite nutritious, after all we know how fish and chicken, for example, are lighter foods, the most negative thing in this case is the oil in which it is fried, but I believe that if the person making it has With a lot of experience, she manages to hit the perfect spot so it's not so greasy, in addition to being rich in protein and vitamins, while açaí has ​​a low caloric value, in addition to being a source of fiber, iron and zinc.

In our attempts, I believe that we obviously did not reach the level of the same combination achieved in the state of Pará, but what we ate was sensational. The contrasts between the hot, salty fish and the cold, sweet açaí are even poetic. In this case, sometimes when we test this combination we don't let the açaí heat up, as I'm in love with this beauty, I can't eat it hot! To satisfy your curiosity, when we prepare this dish, we transform the açaí into pulp, as if it were turning into a cream and then put it in a bowl and the fish on top or we can dip the fish in the açaí and eat. Of course you can eat with it however you see fit.

So that was my experience! Something I've already tried with Brazilian origins, a very eccentric combination, but worth it! As well as chocolate with pepper, we have fried fish with açaí! Whether each one is separate or not, this dish is delicious and deserves a chance to be tried!

Se tem um prato da culinária brasileira que amo é o peixe frito! Quem não gosta de um peixe bem frito, crocante na boca que chega a derreter de tão suculento? Não sei dizer bem como é o preparo do peixe em outras regiões, mas aqui em Goiás, mas especificamente na cidade de Goiânia, a maneira mais padronizada de fazer é passar o peixe em farinha e fritar em óleo!

Claro que podemos adicionar muitas coisas para acompanhar, seja o bom e velho arroz com feijão ou apenas um prato cheio de peixes fritos bem douradinhos e com eles, podemos acompanhar com limão, maionese, baconese ou então misturar maionese com pimenta e fazer um delicioso molho ardente! A bebida pode ser uma Coca-Cola bem gelada ou aquela cervejinha para refrescar junto!

O peixe frito está presente em vários lugares e cada um têm a sua maneira de fazê-lo, agora que entra o mais incrível da história! A combinação jamais sonhada que é peixe frito com açaí! Isso mesmo que você leu, essa combinação maluca e saborosa que experimentei algumas vezes. Na verdade, eu nunca comi um oficial de algum local específico de venda, um restaurante, por exemplo, eu fiz mais minha esposa, ela fritando os peixes e eu comprando o açaí.

Mas como chegamos nessa combinação? Não foi totalmente aleatória, na verdade, este prato é típico da região norte do Brasil, mais precisamente no estado do Pará e se moro no centro-oeste, como sei disso? Porque uma amiga nossa, que morou um tempo aqui e depois se mudou para o Pará, nos falou sobre essa combinação e decidimos realizar um dia, foi bem legal, apesar de bem diferente dos nossos costumes, foi uma experiência incrível.

Primeiro que este prato se torna algo bastante nutritivo, afinal sabemos como o peixe e o frango, por exemplo, são alimentos mais leves, o mais negativo neste caso é o óleo no qual é frito, mas acredito que se a pessoa que está fazendo tiver bastante experiência, ela consegue acertar o ponto perfeito para não ficar tão gorduroso, além de ser rico em proteinase vitaminas, enquanto o açaí tem um valor calórico baixo, além de ser uma fonte de fibras, ferro e zinco.

Nas nossas tentativas acredito que obviamente não chegamos ao nível da mesma combinação realizado no estado do Pará, mas é algo sensacional o que comemos. É até poético os contrastes do peixe quente e salgado com o açaí frio e doce. No caso, às vezes que testamos essa combinação não deixamos o açaí esquentar, eu como sou apaixonado por está beleza, não consigo comer ele quente! Para matar a curiosidade de vocês, quando preparamos este prato, transformamos o açaí em polpa, como se virasse um creme e depois colocamos em uma vasilha e o peixe por cima ou podemos mergulhar o peixe no açaí e comer. Claro que você pode comer com ele da forma que achar melhor

Então foi essa a minha experiência! Algo que já experimentei com a origem brasileira, uma combinação bem excêntrica, mas que vale a pena!
