Advantages and disadvantages of exercise

As this exercise involves a lot of hard work, a lot of sweat comes out of the body during this exercise so that the body stays healthy and can protect itself from disease. As a result of this exercise, the body puts full pressure on the lungs and the brain increases the efficiency of the lungs and the brain. When the sun rises in the morning, if you look at the sun for a while and do this exercise, it will be of great benefit to your eyes.

  • Halasan

this exercise makes your thyroid gland strong. This exercise puts pressure on the skin of the back so that the blood circulation in the skin and veins of your back is better.

You can do this exercise 2-3 times a day for 30 to 40 seconds in the morning and in the evening.

  • Chakrasana

This exercise puts a lot of pressure on your back skin and abdominal skin by keeping your body folded upside down. This exercise helps to stretch your back and abdominal muscle contractions which is very beneficial for your body. If you do this exercise regularly, your stomach and chest and neck muscles will be under regular pressure and your body will benefit a lot as it will contract and expand. You can do this three or four times in the morning and evening sitting at home or in your own bed.

  • Heading
    This exercise puts a lot of pressure on the head and neck and the whole body stands on the head and neck so there is a lot of benefit on the neck muscles and head veins. During this exercise, we keep the whole body facing upwards, that is, the legs are up and the head is towards the field, so the lungs, liver, etc. inside the body are very useful in this exercise.
