Es funktioniert nicht! Ganz einfach! Warum?
Viele Menschen starten motiviert mit "Zielen" ins neue Jahr und wollen dies und jenes erreichen. Oft ist es dann so, dass der Alltag kommt, die Motivation schwindet und Du genau dort landest, wo Du 2023 aufgehört hast.
Verrate mir was am 01.01.2024 auf einmal anders sein soll, als am 31.12.2023. Nichts! Du hast möglicherweise einen "Kater" vom Feiern und das war es ...
Fang an bewusst Schritt für Schritt Dein Leben zu planen und zu ändern. Ändere Gewohnheiten und Du veränderst möglicherweise Alles im Leben. Buche ein gutes Coaching, gönn Dir selbst etwas und ziehe es Durch. Löse Blockaden und werden zum Macher Deines Lebens.
Ähnliches habe ich Silvester 20022 geschrieben.
Denke darüber einmal nach, denn Neujahresvorsätze sind nett, funktionieren jedoch so nicht.

During the end of the year and new year period are when people got a lot of motivation to do something good and plan for their life but the shame is as the pressure on motivation decrease so their passion but some with disciple actually achieve what they plan.
Another thing that kills their goal is setting unrealistic goals for example someone salary is in hundreds if he want to plan for the next year you might see him planning to move his income to millions which he might not be able to achieve what wrong with moving it to thousand first then plan on moving it to millions once it is achieved. That why I agree that some people actually need coaching classes if not nothing will change.
Thats a good point ... I am completyl with you! Think big! THINK AWESOME BIG but make small steps to reach your big "WHY" :)
Hab schon einen Neujahrsvorsatz, möchte nächstes Jahr wieder mehr Laufen gehen, mal schauen, wie gut das klappen wird. Guten Rutsch!

Ich habe es mir bei der Planung nicht leicht getan. Möchte trotzdem aber versuchen, durch das Jahr 2024 zu stolpern, ohne ständig auf die Schnauze zu fallen.

Nun ab und zu macht es wirklich sich einen Mentor zu nehmen. Sich selbst etwas zu gönnen, um bei einem guten Coaching Themen aufzulösen. Du bist der Pilot Deines Lebens und hast es selbst in der Hand, wohin es geht. Deto auch mit den Zielen. Es gibt coole Zielecoachings und Prozesse, wo Du Dein Ziel richtig bestimmst bzw. dein wichtigstes Ziel herausfindest.
Zum Schluss noch ein Hinweis. Unser Unterbewusstsein kennt das Wort "nicht" nicht. :-) Gratuliere: Also hasz Du Dir eicht getan und 2024 wird genial.
