When You're Multitasking

When you’re too busy and you don’t know which one to prioritize yet, you tend to want to do it all in one setting. Well, that’s multi-tasking, right? Yesterday, I got busy with my work and I was pissed that my laptop needs some updates to find out later that I need to upgrade its memory and change SSD plus my keyboard needed a new one to this online gaming. Lol! Hmmm it means money. My daughter gave it to me when she was still working in UAE @$1,500 but now it has taken its toll. It needs a replacement but I want to have it repaired for sentimental reason. The problem is that I need to my laptop to catch up with the deadline!

Luckily, my son-in-law happens to drop by his friend’s shop and there were new arrivals of surplus from Japan with latest updates. I then decided to secure one at a lesser price. The brand is Toshiba which is of good quality. He’s a qualified technician when it comes to these matters and am quite confident that the unit is in good condition when he said it was a good buy. I then asked 10K php as advance payment from my client which he readily complied. You can say that it will be my souvenir from my online job and am happy about it.

I started with my draft and thought of doing the laundry at the same time and then cooking rice for our luncheon.

That’s very rewarding! When the washing machine whistled, it means it’s done. I had 4 loads you know and I need more hangers so I went to our room to look for hangers since they’re still lacking.

When I entered our bedroom, I’ve seen that our mini trashcan was already full. They’re only chocolate wrappers and empty bottles of Yakult and yoghurt of Tonya’s doing! I disposed of it and placed another garbage bag then I swept the floor since I’ve seen multiple hair strands. Afterwards, I thought why I went inside but I totally forgot what my purpose was! I went back to the kitchen and resumed with my laundry and started placing the clothes on hangers. It was then that I remembered why I went to our bedroom and that was to get extra hangers! Silly me! Whenever I forget something, I go back where I left my work then I could immediately recall what I was looking for! Have you been into this kind of funny situation guys?
