Monomad Challenge : Scenes From Atop a Parking Ramp No II

My entry for the #monomad challenge.

I returned to our town's downtown area last week to scale a different park ramp to take some photos. The buildings of our city are an interesting mix; old, historic, and new and modern. I was curious to get some photos of the architecture with the Canon camera. Away I went!

It's an interesting old river town. Some of the buildings are over 150 years old; others, less than 10. As they always say, "don't stop progress." I disagree, as I would love to have the area littered with old buildings.

All in all, I must say...I used to like to taking more close up photos in for #monomad, but I'm truly beginning to appreciate black and white photos of urban landscapes. There is a lot of history in the walls...I'm just happy to be able to be present to photograph their images.
