7 TIPS TO HELP ORGANIZE YOUR DAY! (ENG/PT-BR)
This post is for you who have been leaving tasks for the next day, who start the day with a lot to do, but don't know where to start.
We'll show you here 7 tips to improve your time management.
SCHEDULE YOUR DAY
Organize your day into a schedule so you know what to do. By using a schedule you will be able to consult what you did the day before and you will have access to it quickly, unlike a sheet of paper that can end up lost around the house.
Choose whether to organize your day in the morning or at night. This is a personal choice that should fit your personality. A tip is that if you organize the night before, you will still have the morning to review and change something.
DEFINE YOUR PRIORITIES
You need to know what is really essential and what is not. We cannot write our day as an unordered list, as each task has its importance.
When making the list, define what are the most important subjects. You can do this by putting a number in front of it, or by defining importance categories.
PLAN THE WHOLE WEEK (OR MONTH)
When planning your week, you avoid leaving everything to the last minute and you will be able to organize tasks in a better way, as you will have a broader view of how much time you have and what you need to do.
Also, if you do a daily plan, you will end up having a greater wear, because every day you will need to think about what you should do, generating greater anxiety.
HAVE AN END TIME
According to Parkinson's Law, the greater your ability to concentrate the less time you have available to perform a task. With this, it is recommended to have a deadline for your tasks and fulfill it.
In this way, the feeling of pressure will motivate you to perform the task, increasing concentration and consequently your performance.
DO NOT EXAGGERATE THE NUMBER OF TASKS
When you go to make your list, put a number of tasks that are possible to accomplish, it's no use creating a huge list and then not being able to do even part of it.
A tip is to gradually increase the number of tasks and also define a small number of essential tasks, so that you will be sure that you will fulfill them.
REWARD YOURSELF
When completing all the tasks you set for the day, it is interesting to reward yourself, so that there is a feeling of reward for the accomplishment.
Do something that brings you happiness and joy, be with your family, play a video game. Use this moment to relax and feel like your job is done.
DON'T BE A SLAVE OF YOUR SCHEDULE
The organization of your day serves to make it more productive and that you have more free time. In case you end up getting busier, the schedule is doing the opposite of what it was intended to do. If this occurs, stop and review how you are managing your day.

Escolha se vai organizar o seu dia de manhão ou a noite. Essa é uma escolha pessoal que deve se encaixar na sua personalidade. Uma dica é que caso organize na noite anterior, você ainda terá de manhã para revisar e mudar alguma coisa.
DEFINA AS SUAS PRIORIDADES
Você precisa saber o que realmente é essencial e o que não é. Não podemos escrever o nosso dia como uma lista sem ordem, pois cada tarefa tem sua importância.
Ao realizar a lista, defina quais são os assuntos mais importantes. Pode fazer isso colocando um número na frente, ou definindo categorias de importância.
PLANEJE A SEMANA TODA (OU MÊS)
Ao planejar a sua semana você evita em deixar tudo para última hora e vai conseguir organizar as tarefas em uma melhor forma, pois você vai ter uma visão mais ampla de quanto tempo tem e o que você precisa fazer.
Ainda, caso faça uma planejamento diário você vai acabar tendo um desgaste maior, pois todo dia precisará pensar no que deve fazer, gerando maior ansiedade.
TENHA UM HORÁRIO DE TÉRMINO
De acordo com a Lei de Parkinson, maior será a sua capacidade de concentração quanto menor for o tempo disponível para realizar uma tarefa. Com isso, é recomendável ter uma hora de término para sua tarefas e cumprí-la.
Dessa forma, o sentimento de pressão vai te motivar a realizar a tarefa, aumentando a concentração e consequentemente a sua performance.
NÃO EXAGERE NO NÚMERO DE TAREFAS
Quando você for realizar a sua lista coloque um número de tarefas que seja possível de realizar, não adianta de nada criar uma lista enorme e depois não conseguir fazer nem parte dela.
Uma dica é ir aumentando a quantidade de tarefas gradualmente e também definir uma quantidade pequena de tarefas indispensáveis, pois assim você terá certeza que irá cumpri-las.
SE RECOMPENSE
Ao completar todas as tarefas que você se propós para o dia, é interessante você se recompensar, para que haja o sentimento de recompesa pelo feito.
Faça algo que lhe traga felicidade e alegria, ficar com a família, jogar um video-game. Use esse momento para relaxar e sentir como dever cumprido.
NÃO SEJA ESCRAVO DA SUA AGENDA
A organização do seu dia serve para deixar ele mais produtivo e que você tenha mais tempo livre. Caso você acabe ficando mais ocupado, a agenda está fazendo o contrário do que foi proposta a fazer. Se isso ocorrer, pare e revise como está gerindo o seu dia.

Prioritizing is the most important thing. sometimes we become unproductive just because we want to pursue everything, and become unfocused. That's why scheduling our activities is the best way to avoid some activities that are not our priority.
