Gratitude Quest: Nurturing Mental Health by Counting Blessings

Giving thanks for what you have. It can sound silly at the best of times but it's all about training your mind into a different way of thinking.

Today I'm talking about the ways in which you can switch your mind into different cycles. So rather than filling it with all the negative self talk, this time we teach it to think of gratitude.

Gratitude pulled me out of some bad times in my life, too. Sometimes the only thing that I could find to be grateful for was a pretty sunset, but it got me through to the next day.
