Dealing with autism and anxiety

So I grew up in my youth not understanding anything about how I was feeling. My father, who I obviously inherited this from didn't have his parents around either to help him navigate through everything he was dealing with, and as a result this is what happened to me too.

So I'm talking about it in this one.
