I am here this morning preparing to do what I know how to do best which is writing to my heart content and after seeing the 3rd edition's topic, I could not help but laugh hysterically because even the write up has brought back a lot of memories attached to this topic 😂😂😂😂🤣...

I couldn't help it but laugh out loud, I even remembered someones post about trying to impress a girl including other factors therefore leading to him not eating to his heart content and that was as a result of being truthful lolz😂🤣🤣🤣..

Anyways I grew up in a very local community and when I say local, I meant a place where we have different kinds and set of people, the liars, the truthful, the playful and the weird ones but unfortunately I was able to bond fast with the LIARS first before the other ones and before I know it, I became the AMBASSADOR OF LIARS..

You might find it funny lolz, when I say ambassador of liars, I meant I lie at everything I think the outcome will be very dare, lies are no longer far from my mouth, even when I want to say the truth, the first thing I say is the Lie and then I joke it off and say the truth...

This thing really affected me that my family now sees me as liar but I curbed it because I was now feeling ashamed of myself, at last I moved out from that place and cut ties from those my friends...

Don't get me wrong guys, I lie at every situation that I think the outcome of saying the truth will be dare not that I just lie anytime and anywhere without having reasons, I have to clear that lolz 😂 funny enough I get caught and then I get punished with twice as much because I lied..

Even when I lie, there were some loopholes that makes my family detect it and that made me changed..

Join me as I take you on a short story of how I wished I didn't turn a new leaf and lied instead to save myself in a particular situation....

  HE FLOGGED THE HELL OUT ME...

Some years ago I had a particular encounter in high school, it was a situation of an health prefect found gambling when he was supposed to correct or punish others involved...

This was how it happened, there was a time I was never Interested in all this gambling act but the money they win enticed and attracted me to playing it, lo and behold I entered one day and staked with just #100 and went home with #1500 and it was just like I won jackpot lolz..

All I did was just roll the dice 🎲🎲 and the outcome kept on making me win lolz, that money made me happy that I became a constant customer...

Sooner than later, we were caught red handed by the vice principal of the school but in one way or the other, I was able escape and that was possible because I went out to ease myself and when I came back, I found out they have been taken to the propietor's office..

I was in the class happy that I wasn't caught and after a while a senior came to call me from the class that the propietor asked me to report to his office, I had forgotten there was a matter on ground...

On getting there, he asked me if I knew about what happened in the vacant class and I told him no, he told someone mentioned my name as one of them and he just wants to confirm if it was a fact, I said no that I have been in the toilet since even before the incident out of fear...

He told me to go out, immediately I went out I was feeling guilty because I was amongst Indeed and I saw my co gamblers outside serving one crazy punishment and then this particular mind was pushing me to go confess but I was stubborn, seeing as I saw two of them inside the class, I thought if I go and confess, my conscience will be free and he will just punish me for a while and send me back to the class..

I went to his office and I confessed my crime to the propietor and guess what ??
he told me okay that I should go back to the class after pulling my ears..

Thinking that was all, I went to the class smiling and in no time it was an emergency assembly and then nemesis caught up with us all..

He summoned all of us caught gambling to the front of the assembly, including those two who served the punishment, he talked about how Gambling in the school premises is been frowned upon...

He called the others and made an example out of them, he gave them 8 STROKES OF CANE each, seeing how Intense this was I realized I made a big mistake and what made me regret saying the truth was that the strongest guy in our class broke down in tears after receiving those strokes ..

I didn't have the mind and immediately my eye turned teary, my turn came and guessed what, he first announced how I lied about the fact that I was among, he gave me additional two and that made mine 10 STROKES..

I saw my co-gamblers dancing on the ground after being FLOGGED like goats, I went up and then I received the flogging of a lifetime, I cried after receiving the first 8 but the additional two canes were the painful ones that brought catarrh out of my nose..

The last two missed my buttocks and hit my thighs and I almost went mad after that cane, immediately he dismissed the assembly and sent us back to the class but I was never myself after those flogging...

I got inside the class with a leg, I could even stand up, the others were still on the floor, I sat down and cleaned my face to form strong boy and one of my co gamblers came to meet me and told me why did I come out that someone mentioned my name but he disclaimed that fact, he was suprised as he saw me being FLOGGED too..

In summary, it was at that moment I regretted telling the truth and wished I had stayed true to the lie I said, the result of saying the truth was dare and I regretted it...

In conclusion, I stopped gambling for a while but I was still running it low-key but that was just between few friends and we now have watchmen on look-out...

I will never forget that day, I wished I had stick to lie I said and then I won't have this mark on my thighs because there was no evidence...
