Every morning the first thing i do after my usual morning devotion is to pick up my phone and go through the topic of each edition and to my greatest surprise since i missed the last saturday hangout, i saw DE-AGE as the first prompt to be written on today...

Hmmmm not bad hehe but i just can't help but giggle a bit after seeing the summary of the prompt because i am not too old lol, i am still a young boy in my early 20s and every older person will want to reduce their age to their early 20s or mid 20s but me in my early 20s already, how much more do i want to reduce my age heheh, i am sure you don't want me to reduce it to when I was just some months old heheh, this is quite funny to me though...

Well well well, that is that by the way, a little smile on the face of my audience is what i try to do on daily basis before heading into my main points of the prompt...

Talking about age reduction, i think this is a beautiful topic to write on and i am sure most of my fellow writers will be reducing their age to back when life was less hectic, stressful and demanding that is to say it will eventually fall back to when they had no huge and cumbersome responsibilities and everything was just all about themselves and their happiness...

And for me i am at that age where all my actions are for the betterment of my future alone and nothing more but the fact still remains that i can't reduce my age again since i am in my youthful age, the age where i get to plan for my future while doing the things i love...

That is that by the way, without wasting too much time on my introduction to topic, let me take you all into my points for the day on this particular topic...

In reference to my introduction to the topic, i think i have made my answer to the question asked in the prompt quite obvious but to make it more clear i will make it more detailed...

Having the opportunity to reduce my age that is become younger than i am at the moment, will i do it???...

My answer to this particular question is a resounding NO and there are some reasons for my answer which some it has been listed above but the main reason why i will not reduce my age is because; my present age is the perfect age where everyone older than me will want to fall back to since early 20s is the perfect age to plan one's future and also to set one's priorities right...

And for me i don't think i want to reduce my age again because reducing my age means going back to when life was hard for me as a youth but right now i am having the best life thanks to the hive blockchain...

The above stated is my honest answer but if i am compelled to change my mind on this topic which means i decide to reduce my age, then i will be reducing my age to back when i was still 16-17 years...

This was when i was still in high school and i think i was in SS 1 to be precise...

This is indeed a second chance and what would i use this second chance to do eventually???

  CONFESSING MY LOVE TO MY 
      FIRST LOVE...

Having the opportunity to reduce my age to 16-17 means i get to relive and set right every event that happened in past...

One of the things i regretted doing back then was not telling my first love how i felt before she left my school, she was my senior but i was really interested in her back then but i couldn't tell her because of the fear of rejection and the fear of loosing our friendship...

I just kept mute and hid my feelings for her even if it was quite obvious to everyone around us but i will shoot my shot with this second chance...

With this second chance i think i won't get to know the outcome of my actions if i don't do it, it may give out good result or it may be bad result but the fact is that i will only find out when i tell her to her face about my feelings for her...

That is to say, I will be using my second chance to confess my love to my first love because i don't want to be left with the regret of never trying which is something of the future...

It is better to be rejected and to move on than to be stuck at a point with a relationship that has nothing more than friendship attached to its name...

In summary, i don't care if i get rejected but i will still try to tell her how i feel even if it might be the end of everything...

We never can tell what will be the end result of my confession...

In conclusion, some platonic friendship are better than romantic relationships some times and that was why i hesitated to tell her how I felt in the past but going back to age 16 now, I am willing to risk it...
