HOLIDAY SEASON : THE PLANS FOR CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR š¹ā¤ļø
There is no greater joy than the joy that comes with having festive holidays and delicacies nearby, the happiness and joy that comes with festive celebrations is always different and incomparable, like it is second to none, it is always like no other, I am literally salivating by the mere thought of the dishes that will be prepared in that season, oh my goodness, I love festive delicaciesā¦
As we all know Christmas and new year celebrations are coming up very fast, we have less than three months left before the Christmas and new year celebrations, the question is; do we have anything special planned for Christmas?, if no, you better start making your plans for that special day because you canāt afford to miss out on all the fun that comes with itā¦
As for me, I started my countdown to Christmas and new year since 25 days ago, which means the countdown to my Christmas started on the 1st day of October, I decided to plan my Christmas early because I canāt afford to miss out on the fun activities, delicacies and surprises, which is why I have decided to prevent it by planning ahead of timeā¦
I am not really planning something big for Christmas and new year, I donāt think I want a loud celebration, I have decided to celebrate Christmas with just my family and a couple of friends, while the new year celebration will be spent with my friendsā¦
There has been a change in plans, I think I will be spending my Christmas in my mentors place, oh yeah itās been a while I went to his place, the last time I visited him was about six months ago, not until two days ago when he and I reconnected for 24 hours, he had to come for something important and after learning he is around, I decided to hook up with him and that was how we met and spent the whole day together, including his fiancĆ©ā¦
His fiancĆ© and I chatted quite a bit days ago and she was really pissed about all my promises and failures to come over to their side, I had to apologize and convince her I will be coming soon, which is why I have decided to spend my Christmas with themā¦
So the plan is to go to my mentorās place on the 21st or 22nd of December, I will be spending 3-4 days with them, the plan is to go there and spend the Christmas with them, I think I will be utilizing my time with them in very best way possible, I think after all the merriment and enjoyment at home, we three or more will make plans of visiting the cinema, oh yeah!, visiting the cinema is something I have always wanted to do with my mentor for a long time, so I guess this yearās Christmas will be the best time to go to the cinema with his fiancĆ©ā¦
I think we will be playing some video games before heading to the theatre, my mentor owes me a couple of matches, so I will be challenging him to a couple of PS3 matches that day, I need to show him what I can do with game padsā¦
I might be coming back home that day or possibly return home very early the next day, and that is if we finish up early on Christmas Dayā¦
I am not the outing type of person, I donāt like going out with crowds, which is why I love spending my Christmas with either my family or a couple of friends, this yearās Christmas will be enjoyed and spent with my mentor and his fiancĆ©ā¦
For the new year celebration, I think I will be spending that with my family and my other offline friends at home, and probably a week after, I will visit my mentor again and hopefully make it back home that same dayā¦
In summary, I donāt have a lot of things planed for the holiday season, I have just a couple of things planned out and they have been listed above, visiting and spending Christmas with my mentor, going to the cinema with them, playing video games and merriment is the plan for the holiday season while for the new year, I will be home with my family and friendsā¦
In conclusion, I donāt think I have ever spent my Christmas away from home before, which means this year will be the first Christmas celebration I will be celebrating without my family, there is room for a change, I might make it back home on the 25th if possible we finish up early or i might be arriving early the next day, the goal is to have fun and create memories with friends and familiesā¦
