Exploring the joy of homemade smoothies

Let me make use of this opportunity to say happy weekend to you all, and happy beautiful Sunday as well.

Today I will be making avocado smoothies, I am sure by now most people would have seen that I smoothies so much, and it's because smoothies are very healthy, fresh for consumption, and of course it doesn't have any preservatives which is good for health.

I love making smoothies because I must be sure of what I am consuming if it is good for my health or not, so making it myself will guarantee that.

The ingredients are:

Avocado 250g
Date 4 pieces
Sugar 2 tablespoons
Milk 120g

The procedure

As you can see the ingredients are not much but it is healthier than buying preserved drinks outside, so let's get into the kitchen and see what the ingredients will bring out for us.

The first thing I did was soak the Dates in water so they could be soft for blending.

I cut the avocado into two, then I peel off the back.

After that, I cut the avocado into pieces then set it aside.

The Date was soaked already so I cut it into two to remove the seed inside it.

When everything was ready, I poured them into the blender.

I added the two tablespoons of sugar to the ingredients.

I also added the milk, which will serve as water to blend.

Lastly, I covered the blender then I blended it for one minute.

Today I wouldn't be using ice cubes because I forgot to put water inside the refrigerator so I just poured the smoothie inside a gar then refrigerated them.
