A healthy taste of summer; blending goodness

Hello everyone, welcome to the Amazing Drinks community, a community where you can show your skills on how to make different sweet drinks, like juice, smoothies, and any kind of drink.

So today I will be making cucumber (Cucumis sativus) juices with a mixture of pineapple. That sounds sweet, right?

The reason why I love mixing pineapple with my juices or smoothies is because it has a natural sweetness and so much juice in it, so mixing it with any other fruit is never a problem.

As we all know, cucumber contains a lot of things like vitamin C, fiber, vitamin K, etc., and eating cucumber also helps in so many ways, like regulating blood pressure, reducing blood sugar, and making your skin glow better.

Who wouldn't want to have all these good benefits for themselves? Well, I love cucumber very much, even before I get to know all the good sides of eating it.

So let's get to the kitchen and see what cucumber juices look like.

Ingredients are:

Cucumber (200g)

Pineapple (400g)

Procedure

I didn't buy plenty, so this small quantity will serve me and my husband for today until I get to the market before I get more fruit to do this, since things are more expensive in my area than in the market.

So let's get to work and make the sweet juice.

I cut the pineapple into pieces so that the blender blade could blend it well.

The next thing I did was pour it into the blender.

I rinsed the cucumber thoroughly, and then I used a knife to cut it into pieces.

Then I poured it inside the blender as well.

I poured one teacup of water for blending, and I blended it for three minutes because I wanted the pineapple to blend completely.

After blending

After that, I poured the blended fruit inside a siever in a clean bowl.

Then I used a tablespoon to stir it until there was no juice left in the shaft, so I threw the shaft away.

Lastly, I rinsed my jars and then poured the juice inside for refrigerating.

I love the color and how sweet and natural it tastes.

I hope you like it as well, so let me know what you think about this sweet and natural juice in the comment section.
