The next HSBI prize draw is online. But we'll be doing things a little differently with constructive criticism in future. I'll say how, in the relevant paragraph.

@dewabrata again suggested two Hive users, which I of course looked at again. They are @manclar and @rqr4. Furthermore @oadissin has applied. I have looked at the blogs and data of all 3 users and consider them worthy of support in today's post. So we have 3 winners again... @manclar, @rqr4 and @oadissin.
For the sake of completeness: If you are not one of the current winners, please read my pros and cons below. There you will certainly find impulses to improve yourself and to assert yourself here in the competition between Hivians worthy of support. Of course, you can always apply again in this campaign!

How we will do it in the future:
So far, I have always addressed aspects such as publication frequency, article images, published content, existing rewards, power-ups or downs, reblogs, delegations or social behavior.
I know from the comments under these articles that some Hivians are interested in them and I assume (at least this is my goal) that I can also improve the activities of one or the other Hivian.
But many of the things I mention here are repetitive. Copying and pasting texts is not good, bores readers and distracts from the really new content because readers start to skip text areas according to the motto “I already know”.
And even if I rewrite the texts, but the content is the same, that is “not good”.
I have therefore decided to start a series of articles tomorrow in which I will write down my words and views on the topic, one aspect per article. Since I haven't named any users in the last reviews anyway and every reader has to decide for themselves how they feel about the aspects mentioned and where they see themselves in the process, I can continue to write this in a separate article without referring to specific individuals, in which I collect all the content on the respective aspect and add to it if necessary.
This has several advantages:
- No “I've already read this or something similar here”.
- The core content here will be shorter and easier to consume.
- Hivians can access the concentrated knowledge or my views on this when they want and pick the topic where they want to improve.
- All my constructive criticism and constructive suggestions are not scattered across umpteen articles, but concentrated in one article on each topic.
- I know that I sometimes use too many words. But it makes sense to really optimize this for articles in this series. Here, in daily articles, which only have one day's value, I can invest less time in optimization. You understand, I think.
- This new collection of articles can make a valuable contribution to why it's worth interacting with my profile, because it's permanently visible “Hey, someone here is creating valuable content and providing it well. That's good! I support them in what they do.”
- Comments on the respective aspect are also permanently visible to other Hivians, as they are bundled in one place for the respective topic. This allows for a better exchange on the topic. Or do you still know/read the valuable comment from user X on aspect Y under article Z? No - the comment gets lost over time.
Ultimately, we will all save time and have much more valuable content on the blockchain, the content of which is much more accessible.
In future articles “I have 3 HSBIs to give away”, I will always link to the article collection. This way, every winner (or non-winner) can make the most of it - and much better, because as discussed, the content can be much more detailed and collected.

There are certainly valuable tips there that you can reflect on and apply.

Below I list a few factors by which I evaluate. Pro aspects increase your chances of winning one of three HSBIs; con aspects tend to speak against it.
Important:
Just because you fulfill a pro argument is no guarantee of winning. Also the other way around: Just because you fulfill a contra-argument does not make it impossible for you to win an HSBI here. I look at the overall situation and put this in relation to the other participants. Below are the criteria - but don't get nervous, I just wanted to list what I think is good.
Your votes or reblogs for these articles are nice, but not an exclusion criterion if they are missing. However, they help me to make these articles here and do good on our blockchain.

Konstruktive Kritik für heute:
Wie wir es in Zukunft machen:
Bisher habe ich hier immer Aspekte wie die Veröffentlichungshäufigkeit, Artikelbilder, die veröffentlichten Inhalte, vorhandene Rewards, Power-Up oder -Downs, Reblogs, Delegationen oder soziales Verhalten angesprochen.
Ich weiß durch die Kommentare unter diesen Artikeln, das manche Hivians daran interessiert sind und nehme an (zumindest ist dies mein Ziel), dass ich damit auch die Tätigkeiten des ein oder anderen Hivians verbessern kann.
Aber viele Dinge, welche ich hier anspreche, wiederholen sich. Texte kopieren und erneut einfügen ist nicht gut, langweilt Leser und lenkt von den wirklich neuen Inhalten ab, weil Leser anfangen, Textbereiche zu überspringen nach dem Motto "kenne ich ja schon".
Und auch wenn ich die Texte umschreibe, sie aber inhaltlich gleich sind, ist das "nicht gut".
Ich habe mich von daher entschlossen, morgen eine Artikelserie zu starten, in welcher ich, pro Artikel einen Aspekt, meine Worte und Ansichten zum Thema niederschreibe. Da ich in den letzten Kritiken eh keine User mehr namentlich benannt habe und jeder Leser für sich entscheiden muss, wie es bei ihm mit den genannten Aspekten aussieht und wo er sich dabei sieht, kann ich dies weiterhin nicht-personenbezogen auch in einem separaten Artikel verfassen, in dem ich alle Inhalte zum jeweiligen Aspekt sammele und bei Bedarf ergänze.
Das hat mehrere Vorteile:
- Kein "Habe ich so oder so ähnlich hier schon gelesen".
- Der Kerninhalt hier wird kürzer und leichter zu konsumieren.
- Hivians können das geballte Wissen oder meine Ansichten dazu abrufen wann sie wollen und sich das Thema raussuchen, wo sie sich verbessern wollen.
- All meine meine konstruktive Kritik und konstruktiven Vorschläge sind nicht verteilt über zig Artikel, sondern zu jedem Thema geballt in einem Artikel.
- Ich weiß, das ich manchmal zu viele Wort nutze. Bei Beiträgen der genannten Serie macht es aber Sinn, dies wirklich zu optimieren. Hier, in tägliche Artikel, die auch nur einen Tag an Wert haben, kann ich eher weniger Zeit zur Optimierung investieren. Versteht Ihr, denke ich.
- Diese neue Artikelsammlung kann einen wertvollen Beitrag leisten, warum es wert ist, mit meinem Profil zu interagieren, weil dauerhaft ersichtlich ist "Hey, hier erstellt jemand wertige Inhalte und stellt sie gut bereit. Das ist gut! Den Unterstütze ich in seinem Tun."
- Kommentare zum jeweiligen Aspekt sind dauerhafter auch für andere Hivians einsehbar, da zum jeweiligen Thema an einem Ort gebündelt. Damit kann ein besserer Austausch zum Thema stattfinden. Oder wisst/lest Ihr noch den wertvollen Kommentar von User X zum Aspekt Y unter Artikel Z? Nein - der Kommentar geht mit der Zeit unter.
Letztlich sparen wir damit alle Zeit und haben wesentlich wertvollere Inhalte auf der Blockchain, dessen Inhalt viel besser zugänglich ist.
In kommenden Artikeln "Ich habe 3 HSBI zu verschenken" werde ich dann also immer zur Artikel-Kollektion verlinken. Damit kann dann jeder Gewinner (oder Nicht-Gewinner) das Beste draus machen - und das viel besser, da wie erörtert, die Inhalte viel ausführlicher und gesammelter sein können.

Ich werde morgen anfangen, den ersten Artikel der Serie zu schreiben und diese voraussichtlich jeden Tag um einen weiteren Aspekt erweitern bzw. neue Erkenntnisse in bereits vorhandene Artikel integrieren.

Jeden Vorschlag schaue ich mir dann an, zuzüglich des Blogs und einer kleinen Recherche über die unten genannten Kriterien, und vergebe nach persönlichem Gutdünken bzw. entsprechend der folgenden Kriterien.
Wie ich bewerte:
Folgend liste ich ein paar Faktoren, nach welchen ich bewerte. Pro-Aspekte erhöhen deine Chance, einen von drei HSBI zu gewinnen; Contra-Aspekte sprechen eher dagegen.
Wichtig:
Nur weil Du ein Pro-Argument erfüllst, ist das noch keine Gewinn-Garantie. Auch andersherum: Nur weil Du ein Contra-Argument erfüllst, ist Dir damit nicht unmöglich hier HSBI zu gewinnen. Ich schaue mir die Gesamtlage an und setze dies in Relation zu den anderen Teilnehmern. Folgend stehen die Kriterien - werde aber nicht nervös, ich wollte einfach nur auflisten, was ich als gut empfinde.
Dein Vote oder Reblog für diese Artikel sind sehr nett, aber nicht ein Ausschlusskriterium, falls dieses fehlt. Sie helfen mir jedoch diese Artikel hier zu machen und Gutes auf unserer Blockchain zu tun.

Well... this is nice initiative. I obviously can't recommend myself for reward and all... but you can evaluate my latest article - https://ecency.com/category/@mintymile/cherishing-the-legacy-of-india since I was recommended by @dewabrata
I support hive communities @indiaunited @stemsocial... and intend to do so further and although my latest article is a warm tribute article, its value is showcasing Dr Manmohan Singh - a worthy rolemodel, an inspiration and all that... you can consider it, but its intension is to showcase my appreciation, gratitude, love for a change maker!
I really honestly, don't have commercial inclinations on that ... it's all from the heart...so weather you give that article reward or not, won't concern me. It should be given evaluating its merits.
Anyway... I intend to bring more value to Hive... I do write quality articles, that are good to read so I do qualify for the reward, but again, I can't recommend myself...
