Salade de boeuf
Salut à tous,
une salade à base de boeuf cuit.
Il faut du boeuf, des cornichons, des tomates, du poivron vert, de la coriandre fraîche et de l'oignon rouge.
J'utilise du boeuf à bourguignon cuit dans un bouillon de légumes.
Couper les tomates, l'oignon et les poivrons.
Hacher la coriandre.
Emincer le boeuf et les cornichons.
Mélanger le tout avec un peu de vinaigre balsamique.
Et c'est prêt, vous pouvez aussi le faire avec un reste de pot au feu.
