The Perfect Timing .:. WorkerBee PH-Pool Week 83

Yesterday, I started to write a story in my HIVE goals post, but I went into another direction and realized that it would be a too long post for you guys... And I know that it costs time that not everyone has... But, I will continue with the story as I found them great lessons from which we can learn... At least for me, it's easier to learn if I have a real-life example in front of me...

So, the first title for yesterday's post was the one that you see above... I had in my mind two stories, one about avocados, and another one about proteins in food... I hope that this time I will cover at least one... Now you say... WHAT??! 😂 Stay with me and we will get to the point... 😃

I live in Spain, in the area that has an ideal climate for planting oranges and lemons, but recently, there are more and more planted avocado trees, which was a bit strange to me in the first place... But, if you were (and are) eating this fantastic fruit (yes, it's fruit and not a vegetable), you have probably noticed how 3-4 years (maybe more), they became very popular... In the beginning, they were sold by piece as it was pricey... Today, you can buy them in kilos as the price went down...

If you go back in time, even more, you can remember that before avocado, we had a quinoa fever (or if you like it more, FOMO)... At that time, it was the main crop that people would put almost in every dish... It is a healthy food, but it was overhyped... In the same way as avocados just a few years ago...

Back to avocados... When the price of avocado was on top, I noticed that many of abandoned land plots were bought and people planted them! And it was not just 2-3 plots, but almost at the level of oranges, which are like "ultimate" fruit here through history...

Now, it's time to make a point... The moment when people bought these land plots, it was already late for "taking profits" on avocado... The tree needs a minimum of 4-6 years to bear fruit, but even then, it will bring just a small amount of fruits... The FOMO can't take that long... So, it's very questionable if these farmers will make a return on their investment, at least not as they have calculated with the "bubble price"...

In simple words, they came LATE to the party... If you want to compare it with crypto, it's like buying BTC at the top, for example at 60K... There is a big chance that you will return your investment, but it will take more time than you had in mind when you FOMOed in... That's why it's important to "feel" the market and try to "predict" FUTURE trends... It's too late to catch the current trend...

We can apply the avocado story to WORKERBEEs and BEEs... At this moment, they aren't at the top, and with all FOMO on other things, they are under the radar... But, who knows what can happen when other stuff "stops shining"...

Back to the report numbers!

This week we didn't get any new delegators, but current delegators have added more delegations! Thanks for your trust!! Also, the FOMO in Splinterlands stuff is too strong, and some people have decided to undelegate and (probably) sell their WB tokens in exchange to buy shiny stuff... Remember the avocado story and don't spend money that you can't afford to lose...

This POOL doesn't have fees and you actually get up to 20% MORE by delegating to it!

What about the bonus?
You know that I like to give away as a bonus some of the tokens from my personal HODLings... As I try to keep tokens that I found valuable, I suppose that in that way, you are getting some of the gems, too... :) Only tokens that grow in value, or have a strong use case... It's time for a token from the first group, the growing value... So, CTPSB tokens, here we come! The token is created by @achim03, and tbh, it's doing better than the token that it's associated... With great tokenomics and low supply, the value goes up day by day...

I will distribute 6 CTPSB tokens to the delegators of the pool as a bonus reward today!

As always, in the end, let's give the exact numbers for this week... There will be distributed 127 BEE tokens and 6 CTPSB tokens as a bonus... The APR (without the bonus) was 12.145%, and when we added the bonus it went up to 15.408%! Not bad at all!

I have calculated the ROI approximately with medium prices for all tokens at the moment of creating this post... So, those numbers are valid if you bought WB and sold BEE tokens at the current prices...
