Bumday Ideas

I am sure an entire short film can be made about a whack mother called Monday chasing her son called Sunday. Now it can be as dark or Charlie Chaplin as you like but one thing is sure you do not want to be on either end of the whip or boot.

Mother Monday is cruel but maybe it is because she needs to get your ass into gear for the rest of the week.

If Monday kicks you hard enough, all the coddling from your siblings Tuesday through to Friday won't let you forget to take it easy when visiting your philandering drunk of a Father, Saturday.

Just so he can let you forget your manners and make you think it is a good idea to speak about how you would rather the week go.

Obviously, the eldest Friday mostly has his way and makes you soft for the slithering treats you get when visiting Father Saturday.

That is why Mother Monday needs to be chasing your ass with her belt all over town, week in week out so you know who is doing the cooking and cleaning all week only to be told but Saturday this and Friday that.

Or she could just be bloody mental and instead of a belt has a machete. Both are equally valid but we will choose to laugh to keep from crying.

A Silent Film style Mother Monday sounds just the right kind of film for that.
