Wednesday Walk That Save My Life - Visit To My Doctor

Since 2021, I already had a monthly check up under the insurance of my boss. Because , it is free, I enjoyed the benefits. Though, they are not around, I walked for almost 1 hour going there and back home. I have my umbrella ready every time I walk. Walking is safer that riding a taxi alone. I don't like it , I feel nervous after I heard a lot of abuses and robbery. I remember before that two new nurses here was riding a car they didn't know the driver. They were thinking that it was just like in the Philippine to stop a car , negotiate and ride. What had happened, the driver drove them to the desert away from the city center and robbed there phone and money and everything. Thanks God, there was no rape happen. Only their personal belongings were taken out with the driver. They walked on the desert under the heat of the sun and they never know their direction. One Indian driver saw them and took them to the police station and reported the incident. That is the reason,why I don't want to ride a strangers car. Walking has a lot of benefits for me.

Rooms and facilities inside all are high tech.

Thanks God that the doctor I wanted to check me was the one I was on my mind. I took my medicine good for 1 month and my check up again will be on June. I will be taking care of myself and follow the instruction of the doctor. I got all my medicine for free and so blessed for the health care program of this country.

It's almost noontime that I went home from 7:30 am I started walking. I reached the hospital and relax for a awhile. 8:15am wasy appointment. The information counter dealed my appointment and I felt sorry those who don't have appointment, they obligue to make it before coming to the hospital.

This is all for today and to be continue tomorrow. I got some interesting view along the way home and what surprised me when I got home.
