THE LITTLE ASSISTANCE GAVE ME AN OPPORTUNITY TO VISIT A NEW PLACE

Greetings everyone and welcome back to my blog❤️.

The weekend is here again, a time to relax a bit after so many hustles within the week and I hope you will have a relaxing weekend 😎.

So about yesterday, I was opportune to visit a new place in Lagos state Nigeria where I reside. Anyone that lives in Lagos will know that Eko Hotels and suites is one of the biggest hotel in the city of Lagos located at the heart of Victoria Island 🏝️🏝️🏝️🏝️ and shielded from the hustle and bustle of Lagos 😂😂🥳. It's an international hotel, a lot of events happen there both local and international and I have always watched it through the Tv. Accessing the hotel means plenty of dollars 💰😂 and it has never crossed my mind nor my husband's mind so far. A lot of wealthy people visit there for a wonderful relaxation, their food is almost made in heaven 😂,

The environment alone can bring back a wandering soul 😂 everything about the hotel is unique but then, you need to prepare your wallet also while visiting there maybe with your family or friends. It's a good place to be for everyone who can afford the cost.

So back to the main reason I visited which was a quick one. My very good friend, who is pregnant and almost on her due date went to the hotel with her husband to relax for some days before the arrival of their new baby. All of a sudden, she started feeling unusual as if the baby wants to be delivered in the hotel.

The husband, some time ago gave me a spare of their home keys just Incase as he is a traveler. So when the issue arose at the hotel, he quickly placed a call across and pleaded that I rush to their home to help them carry their packed baby items for delivery. I did as requested and lucky enough, there was no traffic on the road as I arrived there so quickly, handed over the bags to them, used the opportunity to take some shots and we head straight to the hospital.

I must admit that it was a short stay over there in the hotel, they already ordered this breakfast upon my arrival but there was not much time for me to enjoy it in full due to the pain my friend was going through.

We all expected the arrival of the new baby yesterday but it happened that the pains and discomfort she had wasn't labor pain. She is yet to give birth but hopefully soon and I wish her a safe delivery any time.
