Honesty or not - My Viewpoint

I was just doing my random engagement this evening in different communities when I came across some interesting topic ideas from @galenkp. These are nice topics that have to do with our personal approaches to life in different situations in which we may find ourselves. I will be sharing my viewpoint on the theme that talks about returning from shopping and then realizing that one of the items in your bags isn't on the receipt you paid for, so apparently you didn't pay for one and you came home with it unknown. Well, this similar situation has never happened to me before, but I have bought things in different stores, and on a few occasions, the salesperson gave me an excessive balance after payment, which I usually check well and return to them immediately. The truth is that our reactions to things like this differ due to our personalities. It takes an honest man to respect his conscience and do the right thing instead of letting it slide.
I believe that an honest man or woman is truthful, disciplined, sincere, perhaps kind, etc. I won't keep things I didn't pay for in my home for use when I am aware of how they came about. My conscience wouldn't let me do that. I mean, how will I even wear the cloth confidently knowing that someone out there is suffering loss due to my ill action? In this case, I should bear in mind that what goes around comes around. Some people have suffered in the past due to little things they neglected without knowing that karma is real. When we stylishly collect what does not belong to us in a cunning way, I believe that there will be a greater way of paying back, even if it is sevenfold unknown.

Uprightness is the goal. A man of integrity will always be respected by the people, and he will directly or indirectly influence them positively through his actions.

In summary of the given question, if I realize that I have in possession of the cloth I didn't pay for, I will return it to the salesperson or perhaps pay for it if I can, and of course if it's my size.
