June 2024 LEO Power Up Day

Hello beautiful people! Welcome back to my space! I am glad you stopped to read my post, and I want to appreciate you for reading to the end.
Everyday is a new opportunity to grow and make progress. Today is not an exception as I have decided to take a step to grow my account by participating in this special event called LPUD.
Leo Power Up Day
So the LPUD is the acronym used for LEO Power Up Day, an event that takes place on the Hive blockchain every 15th day of every month. In this event, holders of LEO tokens stake the liquid LEO into LEO Power (LP for short).
Of course, you can always stake your tokens any day, but there are some benefits when you do it on the deal day! For instance, a badge will be awarded you (if you Power up about 150 Leo tokens). You may also be able to win a delegation of LEO Power from the sponsors of LPUD challenge.
For the Challenge there are two categories.
- CUB ATTACK requires powering up 50 LEO tokens.
- LION ATTACK requires powering up 150 LEO tokens.
My Participation In This Month's LPUD

This month of June 2024, I have decided to power up 150LEO to increase my Leo Power from about 304LP to about 454LP. It is a big step, but I am committed to sticking to it until I am able to do more. I know some others are powering up more than that, but that is because they can afford to.

A few months ago, I had no Leo Power to my name. But since I took the decision to start growing my crypto assets and my Hive account, I made up my mind to participate in this kind of events. So this is a way of keeping myself accountable.

Sometimes, all we need to do is take the first step. Then follow up that first step with consistency. It is not really about the amount if you ask me. It is more about sticking to the process.
I am happy that I can see progress and I am committed to participating in LPUD in the remaining months of this year.

Nice ! I reckon LEO is undervalued right now, especially considering the pace of development being put into it. It's a good time to accumulate more while it's cheap; although it's impossible to tell the future, I think it's a token with a great future.

I earn some as rewards and I buy some with Hive or HBD 😂😂😂.
This is a good step. I also made the decision two years ago and it has been me powering up since then. Staking your Leo tokens is one good decision every member makes on the chain. While growing your account and having an influence in the community, you are building your financial goals. All the best.
