CineTV Contest #17- Your Favorite Actor or Actress// Dwayne Johnson
Hello friends how lucky I am to find this community and this contest, I love movies, television, although I have time I do not go to a movie theater in my city there are no more, but we watch movies on rental screens like Netflix, Amazon, Star Plus and what we can because sometimes we change them.
My favorite actor or one of them is Dwayne Johnson, better known as The Rock is an actor who accepts the role he is given whether it is action, drama or comedies that lately he has done very well. This now actor before being an actor was a professional wrestler for the WWE won many championships, until he got his chance in the movies, because being a wrestler was only known in that world, now as an actor is known in many worlds.
I think the first movie I saw of him was when he played the Scorpion in the movie The Mummy Returns, along with the actor Brendan Frasher who after this did the Scorpion King, as a sequel to the Mummy but this time he was the protagonist.
It can be said that the movie The Mummy Returns was the one that ended up discovering him and opening him more in the world of cinema, which has earned him many roles in other movies.
Another of his excellent participations was to appear in some of the Fast and Furious saga giving the touch of action to it. He was thought in only one but then he was called for others of the saga.
The movie Rampage, although it was not a great success so to speak, I liked it, because he played the guardian of a reserve of animals including a huge white gorilla.
Of those movies that have been renewed, he made JUMANJI, which is already two, and both are excellent, with a lot of comedy almost from beginning to end, I get the impression that he likes to make this kind of comedy movies because he has already made many: Jumanji 1 and 2, Journey to the Center of the Earth 1 and 2, Surprise Dad.
For those who didn't know her image was the inspiration for the character of Maui in Disney's Moana, she showed her childish side in that movie and even her voice lent itself to the character.
He is one of the few actors who has proven to play any role he is given.

I like Dwayne, he is such a nice guy in real life as well. And his movies are entertaining, some movies are not so good such as Rampage! But in general I like him. Nice review!

I haven't seen many of Dwayne Johnson's films, however the one I saw most recently with him in it is Jungle Cruise, and what a blast of a film it is to watch. Fine actor and a good choice.
